Galea’i has put on good size this offseason and he was all over the field. He lined up at both safety spots, even came down to cover the slot, and was the punter and returner. He’s an all-around athlete and showcases good speed, athleticism, range and overall has an excellent movement pattern and shows good hip fluidity. He’s a dun player to watch.

Galea’i transfers in from Timpview and is a superb athlete. It’s likely he sees some snaps on offense and could be a returner on key situations, but his bread and butter will be as a defensive back. He has good quickness and overall speed to go along with tremendous hip fluidity and the ability to stick to his man. He makes plays on balls coming his way and is a threat to come down with anything thrown in his area. He’s an exciting athlete and will be a Power-Four starter.
