Taylor is an explosive playmaker with a good blend of natural ability and technique. He’s an advanced route runner for his age that can create separation at all three levels with a good mixture of moves at the top and by getting in and out of his breaks with fluidity and speed. He’s a twitchy athlete with good lateral quickness and acceleration to change directions. Like his release moves against both press and off coverage to avoid contact and maintain his line throughout the route. Attacks the ball in the air and catches it well in traffic. Excels after the catch or in the return game where he can use his speed and elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Picked up three offers prior to his freshman season from Syracuse, UNLV, and Morgan State with many more on the way.
