At 6’0” 205 lbs. Williamson is a downhill and attacking defender for one of the top programs in the country. He shows excellent closing speed and sideline to sidelines range, allowing him to track down ball carriers and make plays in space with consistency. His ability to play with leverage and explode through ball carriers makes him a force as a tackler often bringing heavy and violent contact. He takes smart, efficient angles in pursuit and rarely finds himself out of position showing a high football IQ and strong instincts. Whether setting the edge, shooting gaps, or dropping into coverage, he brings a well-rounded and versatile skillset with a relentless motor that will translate well to the college level. Williamson saw plenty of snaps in his sophomore season for one of the top teams in the country and is a candidate to have a truly breakout campaign in 2025. He is a very athletic second level defender that has elite closing speed and range from his outside linebacker position and shows natural pass rush abilities coming off the edge with bend and initial punch while able to win with both speed and power at the POA. He does a good job coming up and setting the edge, can take on bigger blockers and consistently make splays behind the line. Williamson currently holds one offer from Sacramento State and should see plenty of other FCS+ interest come his way over the next two years and checks all the boxes for a linebacker at the next level.

Williamson is one of the top outside linebackers in the state regardless of class and is coming off a breakout sophomore season for one of the top teams in the country. He moves extremely well in space and is a sure open field tackler that has closing speed in the flats and can make plays behind the line. He shows he can trigger in space, cover out of the backfield and is a violent player at the point of attack with pass rush abilities off the edge. He has been flying under the radar to this point, but should be picking up offers and see his stock rising through this off-season and his Junior year.
