, it is his size for the position group. Bigger than your average 2030 DB, Amare has the potential to be a versatile weapon in the secondary, with the build to dominate as a strong safety or Rover. Up towards the line may be his natural resting place, with the size to have an impact in the run game but also the length to assist in coverage. This soon to be Bergen Catholic DB is worth paying attention to.

over the last two seasons, this past season in 2025 being a reclass year for him, he quickly established himself as one of the youth players in all of South Jersey. On the offensive side of the ball, Roy has played Quarterback throughout his youth football career. Following a six-touchdown game and MVP performance earlier this season, Roy stated that he models game after Lamar Jackson and Jaxson Dart — and that is very apparent. He has the same long, sinewy build as both the signal callers he mentioned, plus he’s very scary on the run. He was clocked at a 5.07 in the forty in January at the PRZ Next Middle School camp and seemingly plays faster than that time would indicate. Now, he gets the ATH/QB designation because he’s also a wrestler and can play lockdown defense. I’ve seen it with my own eyes and have had coaches tell me that they think he could be a very talented Outside Linebacker or Safety as he continues to develop. He’s another prospect worth really keepin an eye on.

Missed some time this year, which caused the Eastern Jr. Vikings to significantly alter their roster and depth chart–which speaks to his ability. Despite the Vikings 2-8 record in a tough Tri-County United Football League, Roy was a bright spot. Mobile righty who knows how to use his legs to escape danger and try to keep plays alive.

- Camden County native.
- Helped lead the Eastern Vikings to a 5-3 record on the season, which put them at sixth-place in the Northern Conference of the TCUFL.
- Roy is a prospect with good height and length, which translates to several different positions on the football field–hence the ATH/QB distinction on his profile. Played a lot of Quarterback for the Vikings this year, in addition to some Defensive Back. We’ll see where he eventually ends up, but there are some physical tools here.
