The second of three Park Ridge Owls that have announced their commitment to Bergen Catholic next year, Arroyave will bring some flexibility in terms of personnel and scheme. This past season Arroyave did play on the offensive side of the ball as a Running Back, but appears to make a much bigger impact on the defensive side of the ball. The Owls used a 5-3 defense, highlighting how much the coaches trusted the speed and athleticism of their Linebackers and Defensive Backs. Therein lies the versatility of Arroyave, as he’s somewhere between a Linebacker and Defensive Back at this point. Right now seems ideal as a Nickelback. However where he ends up will be dependent on how his size and speed develops.
