Enjoy!

Our spring camp tour continued on Wednesday morning in Edmond at Santa Fe for the team camp that we were looking forward to the most this spring! We knew this camp would be loaded with talent and it lived up to the hype. With Deer Creek, Edmond Santa Fe, Jenks, Lawton MacArthur, Norman North and Stillwater all in the mix, we saw some fantastic football from start to finish. We have a breakdown of standouts from each team in attendance.

DEER CREEK'S STANDOUTS

[player_tooltip player_id='242231' first='Grady' last='Adamson'] - 2025 Quarterback

Deer Creek 2025 quarterback and Georgia Tech commit [player_tooltip player_id='242231' first='Grady' last='Adamson'] has had a very strong offseason and you can tell that he's going into his third season as QB1 for the Antlers. He looks very comfortable in the backfield and made some big time throws down the field. Every time we see Adamson, he's usually a standout and last week was no exception. He brought his A-game and we were also impressed with his ability to spread the ball around to different playmakers.

[player_tooltip player_id='402380' first='Lemar' last='Davis'] - 2026 Running Back

There are quite a few "faces in new places" on this breakdown and 2026 running back [player_tooltip player_id='402380' first='Lemar' last='Davis'] is one of them. Davis moved from Millwood to Deer Creek this offseason and he has the potential to be an absolute dynamo in the backfield for the Antler offense. Davis joining Adamson in the backfield just gives Deer Creek even more firepower and you saw it first hand when Davis got the ball in the open field. Another thing that really impressed us was his ability as a receiver.

[player_tooltip player_id='894347' first='Mason' last='Smith'] - 2025 Wide Receiver

Deer Creek 2025 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='894347' first='Mason' last='Smith'] was Adamson's top target last week and that didn't come as a surprise to anyone who watched Deer Creek last season. Smith is incredibly underrated in the state's 2025 class but it seems like some schools are starting to see his talent for the next level. Smith's recruitment is starting to pick up and on Wednesday in Edmond, he made some big time catches. Watching him up close, you come away impressed with the overall athleticism for his size.

EDMOND SANTA FE'S STANDOUTS

[player_tooltip player_id='188013' first='Demarius' last='Robinson'] - 2025 Running Back

Edmond Santa Fe 2025 running back [player_tooltip player_id='188013' first='Demarius' last='Robinson'] is one of the best players in the state and if Wednesday was any indication, he's determined to be THE best player in the state. It was a Wednesday in May, we're a ways away from playing real meaningful football but Robinson didn't care about that. He was looking to score every single time he touched the ball. In 2023, The Santa Fe standout was one of the best in Oklahoma and what's scary is he looks even better this spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='284115' first='Jae'Lin' last='Battle'] - 2026 Defensive Lineman

Edmond Santa Fe 2026 defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='284115' first='Jae'Lin' last='Battle'] had his day on Wednesday cut short with an ankle or foot injury. But before Battle went down, he was an absolute monster coming off the edge for the Santa Fe defense. After watching the Santa Fe 2026 standout participate in multiple 7v7 tournaments, we were excited to see him put the pads on and play in a more natural position. Unfortunately, the day came to an end prematurely but from what we did see, he could be a game-wrecker.

JENKS' STANDOUTS

[player_tooltip player_id='294445' first='Cash' last='Jacobsen'] - 2025 Offensive/Defensive Lineman

Jenks 2025 lineman [player_tooltip player_id='294445' first='Cash' last='Jacobsen'] finally had that breakout season last fall after missing his sophomore season with an injury. Jacobsen has emerged as one of the top defensive tackles in the state's 2025 class but he was pulling double duty on Wednesday. With Jenks having to replace quite a bit on the offensive line, Jacobsen was taking a ton of reps at left tackle and he was performing very well. While we still like him on defense, Jacobsen can really help Jenks on both sides.

[player_tooltip player_id='456293' first='Kayleb' last='Barnett'] - 2025 Wide Receiver

There have been quite a few playmakers come into Jenks this offseason but the most impactful one on Wednesday was 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='456293' first='Kayleb' last='Barnett'] at wide receiver. Barnett is less than a month removed from winning the 100M dash at the 6A state championships and that speed was on full display on Wednesday. He was making huge plays for the Trojan offense. He is absolutely electric with the football in his hands. He's not the biggest receiver but you can't tackle what you can't catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='402378' first='KD' last='Jones'] - 2026 Running Back

Every time he steps on the field, Jenks 2026 standout [player_tooltip player_id='402378' first='KD' last='Jones'] is looking to be the best player on that field. And more times than not, he's going to be just that. Jones had a really good day on Wednesday and had a good showing on both sides of the ball. Jones didn't get as many reps on offense at running back because there isn't much to prove there. But when he did get the ball in his hands, he was into the open field in the blink of an eye more times than not. This could be a monster year for Jones.

LAWTON MACARTHUR'S STANDOUTS

[player_tooltip player_id='403509' first='Adam' last='Auston'] - 2026 Defensive Back

We've seen Lawton MacArthur standout [player_tooltip player_id='403509' first='Adam' last='Auston'] probably five or so times in person in the last five months and it feels like every time we see him, he's bigger than the last time. On Wednesday, Auston lined up primarily as a safety but we won't cross off the possibility of him coming down and playing linebacker. But regardless of where he plays, we know that he can play. And Wednesday was another indicator of that as he has terrific instincts and playmaking ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='1294586' first='Boux' last='DeLong'] - 2025 Wide Receiver

Lawton MacArthur has quite a few players that we already know about. 2025 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1294586' first='Boux' last='DeLong'] was a new name for us to write down but we had to include him here after the day he had. The Highlanders have some very talented 2025 and 2026 prospects but it was DeLong that seemed to steal the show on Wednesday. DeLong was making some terrific catches and it seemed like every time he touched the ball, he was either in the end zone or made it to the end zone very soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1045555' first='Joshua' last='Rushing'] - 2026 Wide Receiever/Defensive Back

When it comes to Lawton MacArthur 2026 standout [player_tooltip player_id='1045555' first='Joshua' last='Rushing'], we've been pretty locked in on him as a wide receiver. But on Wednesday, he also found a way to really stand out on the defensive side of the ball. Later this month we'll update our 2026 prospect rankings and when we look at Rushing, we might move him to the "athlete" position because we can honestly see him playing on either side of the ball. Right now, we're still leaning offense but he really impressed on defense.

NORMAN NORTH'S STANDOUTS

[player_tooltip player_id='284117' first='Mason' last='James'] - 2026 Wide Receiver

Norman North's [player_tooltip player_id='284117' first='Mason' last='James'] is right there with Jones out of Jenks as one of the top overall prospects in the state's 2026 class. We didn't need to see James do much to already know that. He's lightning quick coming in and out of his breaks and it seems like his overall speed and quickness continues to improve every time we see him up close and in person. And like Jones, James has seen his recruitment only continue to blow up after Alabama offered him earlier this week.

[player_tooltip player_id='595685' first='Owen' last='Eshelman'] - 2025 Quarterback

It's been a very solid week for Norman North 2025 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='595685' first='Owen' last='Eshelman'] as he was lights out last week at team camp and recently committed to South Dakota State. Eshelman is a terrific athlete that has turned into a strong quarterback prospect. He utilized both skillsets throughout the day on Wednesday. Even though quarterbacks are off limits, Eshelman still did a good job of using his athleticism to avoid pass rushers and make a play downfield. He could have a monster season in 2024.

[player_tooltip player_id='1294584' first='Ryan' last='Humphrey II'] - 2025 Wide Receiver

Another wide receiver to be a weapon for Eshelman is 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1294584' first='Ryan' last='Humphrey II'] and he had a strong day on Wednesday. The name can be a familiar one as he's the son of former OU basketball standout and current OU assistant coach Ryan Humphrey. And while the son doesn't have the size of the dad for basketball, he can absolutely move on the football field. Humphrey had a really good day on Wednesday and while James might be the top target, Humphrey could have a breakout season.

STILLWATER'S STANDOUTS

[player_tooltip player_id='492378' first='Deakon' last='Jones'] - 2027 Wide Receiver

Stillwater 2027 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='492378' first='Deakon' last='Jones'] is one of the best young receivers in the state and he showed why on Wednesday. Talking with another media member, I pointed out Jones and how he's one of the top guys in his class. My argument, simply put, he catches everything. And as if on cue, Jones made a spectacular catch down the field in a one on one situation. The Stillwater standout had a terrific freshman season and he's continuing to build on that momentum with an outstanding offseason.

[player_tooltip player_id='655747' first='Mason' last='Schubert'] - 2025 Quarterback

Stillwater got a major boost in May with 2025 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='655747' first='Mason' last='Schubert'] moving in from Morrison. Schubert is a terrific quarterback that has been flying under the radar but we've seen him quite a bit in the last two offseasons while playing on the 7v7 circuit. But this was our first chance to see Schubert in pads and he was absolutely terrific. He was definitely one of the best quarterbacks in Edmond on Wednesday and has a chance to have a very special senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='467410' first='Nehemiah' last='Kolone'] - 2026 Defensive Lineman

Coming into the team camp, we were fired up to see Stillwater 2026 defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='467410' first='Nehemiah' last='Kolone'] in person and he did not disappoint. Kolone had a breakout sophomore season last fall and has continued to grow his game as a pass rusher and an overall edge defender. He's a terrific athlete that is only going to get better from here and what's really scary is that Stillwater's front seven wasn't even at 100 percent last week but Kolone and company still caused a lot of problems.
