made the move from Millwood to Deer Creek last year and he emerged as the top option in the Antler running game. He finished his junior season with just shy of 800 yards and six touchdowns. But he wasn’t getting 20-25 carries per game and with the Deer Creek quarterback battle ongoing, having a consistent threat at the running back position is the easiest way to work whoever wins that battle into the fold. When in doubt, hand the ball to Davis and see if he can make something happen. He’s been incredibly productive in the last two seasons and we’re looking forward to seeing what kind of impact he can have when he has more of a workload.

Deer Creek’s offense was really explosive last season with Adamson and the passing game. They could also run the ball at a high level but we mentioned how they got a key move-in at the running back position and junior

is that guy. Davis is going to be like adding gasoline to an open fire. This offense is already explosive and now with Davis in the backfield at running back, they’ve gone up a level. Davis broke out last season when he was a sophomore at Millwood. He was a part of their team that made it to the title game. This offseason, he stole the show at one of our camps, confirming that he’s one of the guys you need to know about in his class.

going to Deer Creek. He is going to be an outstanding addition to a Deer Creek offense that could be one of the top units during their first season in Class 6A-1. Davis enjoyed a breakout sophomore season last fall with Millwood and running back was an area where the Antlers needed a new player to step up after graduating their starter from last season. And Davis was electric with the football in his hands last season and that’s what we saw when we saw him this spring at a team camp. He’ll provide the Antlers a new dimension to the offense.

in person, he was running away with the RB MVP award at our camp in January. Davis had a breakout sophomore season with Millwood and during the last month, he’s moved to Deer Creek and will be joining the Antlers this fall. That’s a move that we’re intrigued by because Davis is certainly one of those running backs that can change the game on a single play. And he’ll be joining a Deer Creek offense that could be potentially the best in 6A-2 this fall. Davis is incredibly shifty in space, has good hands and will be an impact player for the Antlers.

was one of the breakout stars during the 2023 football season. Davis would then continue that momentum on Sunday at our camp. Davis ended up earning the running back MVP award and it was incredibly competitive at the top. We had some absolute ballers at this position but Davis edged out some of the other standouts. Davis is just scratching the surface on what he can be at the running back position. The Millwood standout tested well and then showcased that speed and shiftiness during the drills and competition. Millwood isn’t going anywhere as a contender with Davis and some of the other young standouts returning for the Falcons. Davis is going to be fun to watch when they take the field in 2024.

is the biggest breakout star for the Falcons this season. Davis was somewhat of an unknown for us back in August but it didn’t take long for him to get on our radar. Davis was put into the lineup and had several big performances in the first half of the 2023 regular season. Davis has a chance to really impact the game on Saturday night. If Carter is the power back on this offense, that means Davis is the speedster and when he gets into the open field, he’s tough to catch. That was proven a few times this season.

was the unknown of the group heading into this season. Davis got our attention in week five when he ran for nearly 200 yards and a pair of touchdowns on just 14 carries. Davis gives the Falcons a burst at the running back position and is enjoying a breakout season. In that week five game, the Falcons had to overcome some adversity with injuries and Davis made sure the offense didn’t miss a step when he was on the field. While he might have been an unknown back in August, that’s not the case anymore.
