In my eyes, Sidwar separated himself as a sophomore, solidifying this notion after a stellar junior campaign. He would rank as the third-best QB prospect, much higher if we consider his potential as a Power Four tight end. I've had ample opportunities to watch Falzone live. I was also the first among National media to praise him as an FBS player, this after just his sophomore season at Nazareth HS.

Falzone, who committed to Penn State on April 12th, is the second Power Four commit among this crop of PA 2026s. I've gone on record stating that this is a Luke Reynolds type of athlete, one who could see a similar role to Warren/Reynolds at Penn State. This isn't to discredit Falzone's prowess as a QB, yet I think there will be other plans on Falzone's plate because of how gifted an athlete he is. Falzone was previously committed to Virginia Tech Football, another program that likes to be creative with their QBs, both from a position and skill set perspective.

Blessed to be staying home #Committed #WeAre@coachjfranklin @Kotelnicki @DannyOBrienQB @chrismahon_ @Coach_Elby @shadrich80 @BradMaendler @NazarethTD @NAHSBlueEagles pic.twitter.com/WlDtCLrHl8
— [player_tooltip player_id='939675' first='Peyton' last='Falzone'] (@PeytonFalzone) April 12, 2025

FBS - G5

6'1, 175 pounds. 4.0 GPA. One of the best Roman Catholic QBs to come through the PCL in recent memory, if not ever. Production as a freshman, all the way through to what will be his senior year this coming Fall. A respectful and hard-working young man who has led Roman far into the post-season with each passing year. Factor in recruiting, Beals's stock has teetered back-and-forth between Power Four lock and Group of Five take. Kent State, Delaware, Delaware State, Buffalo, and Eastern Michigan are recent programs to extend offers to the coveted PCL QB. This is a G5 program-changing type of prospect. If one of the above-mentioned programs lands Beals, he'll likely be the crown jewel of the respective recruiting class that brings him in.

Blessed to receive and offer from Delaware State University! ♥️💙 @DeSeanJackson10 @Jonas_A_Jackson pic.twitter.com/r3RyTB1avK
— [player_tooltip player_id='386284' first='Semaj' last='Beals'] (@Maj_QB1) April 22, 2025

6'5.5, 215 pounds. UPenn, Bryant, Cornell, New Hampshire, Georgetown, all of these football programs are heavily bought into Stearn's potential. An FCS floor, yet I still think there is serious potential for Stearn to land at the G5/FBS level. Delaware and Eastern Michigan are sold, I'm interested in learning if Army WP, Temple, or Buffalo are also interested. With Beals "dropping" a bit on boards, the likelihood of Stearn being a take across 5-8 G5s is unlikely, but all it takes is one.

6'6, 230 pounds. Massive potential in terms of size, a legacy kid at William Penn Charter, a prospect with ample room to improve, one who is blessed with physical traits. Syracuse and Duke were in on McGlinchey early on, yet recruiting buzz took a bit of a dip over the last 12 months or so. McGlinchey is grouped in with Stearn, each posing similar recruiting situations and ceilings. This is a Group of Five QB prospect in my eyes. If Power Four isn't his ultimate destination fine, yet I'm surprised more G5 and FCS programs aren't calling his # at a more frequent rate. Delaware State offered McGlinchey recently, worth noting.

6'1, 190 pounds. Robert Morris would throw their name in the [player_tooltip player_id='646685' first='Jalen' last='Harris'] hat, along with Kent State, this all prior to Harris' Elite-11 Regional showing. UMass and Temple are also in the Chester passer. There will be some programs that will want to explore Harris at different positions, yet this is a QB first player. I'm willing to bet an FCS school swoops in late to honor his QB request. Unsure if Temple or UMass would be willing to give the keys to the offense to Harris, yet I wouldn't be surprised to find out Harris is a G5-take at QB for more than one program.

6'4, 220 pounds. 4.0 GPA. A recruiting situation similar to that of [player_tooltip player_id='939675' first='Peyton' last='Falzone']'s, this from my sources at the FBS level. There were rumbles of [player_tooltip player_id='646731' first='Dante' last='Carr'] being a Power Four/FBS take, with programs envisioning Carr moving to TE. The size and athletic ability is there, I completely understand the vision. In recent news, Armp WP and Coastal Carolina have offered Carr, I'm out of the loop as to whether he's a take at the programs at QB, yet I'd hardly be surprised. Carr grades out as a Low G5/high FCS caliber QB prospect regardless of athleticism and positional gripes. UPenn has also called Carr's line recently, offering the junior a scholarship opportunity.

FCS

6'2, 205 pounds. 4.2 GPA. DiLucia's chances at the Group of Five level are slim at this point, yet DiLucia should be proud of what he's accomplished thus far.

#AGTG After a great conversation with @CoachRosenbaum I am beyond blessed to receive an offer from Princeton University!@Coach_Plack @CoachBobSurace @wpialsportsnews @RivalsRichie @RivalsFriedman @DAWGHZERECRUITS pic.twitter.com/ZlsvIRftjk
— [player_tooltip player_id='427345' first='Nolan' last='DiLucia'] (@DiluciaNolan) April 9, 2025

6'2, 200 pounds. Was great seeing Zelman perform this a couple of weekends ago, I had a few FCS coaches inquire on his performance, I only had good things to say. Many figured this was a favor offer, yet UPenn also offered Council Jr. earlier this month. The UPenn and RMU offers solidify Council's status at the FCS-level. I think 2-3 more FCS programs are likely to inquire, possibly in the form of an offer. The Aliquippa man behind center could be a huge steal for a local Division Two program, this something to consider. The highest level doesn't always equate to the level that's best for a player. A huge senior year could add opportunities under Council's belt.

6'1, 165 pounds. 4.5 GPA.
