‘s film for the 1st time, and I was blown away by his ability. He is not only a good quarterback in the pocket, but he is also a great athlete. His ability to move around and make plays with his feet is excellent. He is another player who committed this week when he committed to playing football for USF, all the way down in Florida. It is a great opportunity for him to play for a Division 1 program.

‘s film for the 1st time, and I was blown away by his ability to play the quarterback position. His ability to throw the ball from different angles, his athleticism, and his ability to sit in the pocket and deliver the ball are excellent. So, seeing his recruitment blow up is exciting. He recently picked up his 9th offer from Towson and his 10th offer from Rutgers. An impressive group of offers from him. Carr should continue to blow up with his recruitment.
After a great call with @GregSchiano I’m blessed to receive my 10th D1 offer from Rutgers University! @CoachFrantzJ @SVSQB @chadshenne @ChadMar2 @JesseWhite33 @MinersFB @IamEliDoyle @Danhop13 pic.twitter.com/mfD4Jrh3QI

6’4, 220 pounds. 4.0 GPA. An impressive producer at Minersville Area. Identified on a regional scale first by myself as Carr finished his sophomore season.
Ranked as the eight-best QB/ATH. A recruiting situation similar to that of

being a Power Four/FBS take, with programs envisioning Carr moving to TE. The size and athletic ability is there, I completely understand the vision. In recent news, Armp WP and Coastal Carolina have offered Carr, I’m out of the loop as to whether he’s a take at the programs at QB, yet I’d hardly be surprised. Carr grades out as a Low G5/high FCS caliber QB prospect regardless of athleticism and positional gripes. UPenn has also called Carr’s line recently, offering the junior a scholarship opportunity.

is a true dual-threat quarterback. He is a good athlete who is a dynamic runner. He has elite speed and when he gets into the open field he is gone. As a thrower of the football he has good mechanics and throws an excellent football. Carr is a good athlete who is playing quarterback.
Off-Season Update: Carr was a long jumper in track and also competed at various football camps in the off-season. He recently visited Maryland. Carr recruitment should pick up in the fall and next winter. He is someone I expect Carr to eventually get offers.

Carr and Falzone are interchangeable in terms of ranking. You can see that based on how close the two are in overall rank. 51st and 52nd respectively. Minersville Area’s stud sophomore is back and ready to double down on what was a promising freshman season.
6’4, 200, 4.0 GPA
19 total touchdowns and nearly 1,500 total yards accounted for. There’s a real chance we see a more comfortable and confident Carr this coming Fall, which is saying something considering he already exudes confidence well beyond his years. Talking with coaches in the know, he’s already on the map among FBS coaches recruiting the area. Like many of us, they are in wait-and-see mode. I would love to get a glimpse of Carr work in person, I know my colleague Dylan Callaghan-Croley is interested as well.
