The size and athletic ability is there, I completely understand the vision. In recent news, Armp WP and Coastal Carolina have offered Carr, I’m out of the loop as to whether he’s a take at the programs at QB, yet I’d hardly be surprised. Carr grades out as a Low G5/high FCS caliber QB prospect regardless of athleticism and positional gripes. UPenn has also called Carr’s line recently, offering the junior a scholarship opportunity.

He has elite speed and when he gets into the open field he is gone. As a thrower of the football he has good mechanics and throws an excellent football. Carr is a good athlete who is playing quarterback.

Off-Season Update: Carr was a long jumper in track and also competed at various football camps in the off-season. He recently visited Maryland. Carr recruitment should pick up in the fall and next winter. He is someone I expect Carr to eventually get offers.
