NY Recruiting Report Pt. XVI

The FBS recruiting calendar hits the dead period right about now so there will be a slight downtick in FBS offers going around but this is the time when those FCS, D2, and D3 programs start to make their move on rising senior class so the recruiting Report will continue and then once training camp hits we will feel out how much is out there and I think we will have a couple week pause before the season.
