Continue ReadingA huge recruiting report this week features a TON of first offers for players all around the state. The FBS recruiting calendar hits the dead period right about now so there will be a slight downtick in FBS offers going around but this is the time when those FCS, D2, and D3 programs start to make their move on rising senior class so the recruiting Report will continue and then once training camp hits we will feel out how much is out there and I think we will have a couple week pause before the season. We also should see some big commitments coming in the next few days to close out June and start July.

Offers
Singleton continues to dominate the camp circuit and after a strong camp performance at Long Island University Singleton picked up his second D1 offer.
Highlights
Wind out of Clarence picks up his first offer from the University of Rochester. Wind is one of the top returning WR prospects with over 700 yard receiving yards last season.
Highlights
Tubin picks up his first offer from the University of Rochester and the Clarence QB is a player who checks the boxes with his size and quality tape and production last season.

Bala picked up his second FBS offer from Bowling Green after being featured as one of the prospects in last weeks recruiting report who picked up their first D1 offer.

Hicks a prospect who did not get a ton of action last year in a really stacked CBA-Syracuse WR group picked up his first offer from Boston College after a strong camp performance.

Moore a very athletic DB out of St. Anthony’s who is also one of the better dual sport athletes in the NYCHSFL picked up his first offer after camp at LIU.

Roy who is a part of a really strong group of WRs at Holy Trinity picked up his first offer from Long Island University.

DeAngelo picked up his second D2 offer from Mansfield State and NAIA Madonna University. DeAngelo is one of the top players in his area and continues to receive D2/D3 interest.

Pedreros the #1 TE in the state picked up an offer from Marshall. With plenty of D1 offers Pedreros did just finish up an official visit to Fordham.

Dowdy who was one of the top-performing WR prospects in the CHSFL last season picked up his first offer from Sacred Heart. Dowdy Jr is a player who has the ability to stretch the field and impact the game as a returner.

McCloud Jr picked up his first offer from Lock Haven and the two-way athlete for Bishop Timon-St. Jude has consistently been one of the top performers in Buffalo.

Johnson who is a part of a dominant defensive backfield for Erasmus Hall picked up his first offer from LIU. Johnson is one of if not the top Safety prospects in New York.

Anzalone the second Bishop Timon-St. Jude player to pick up his first offer this week got his first from Saint Francis after a strong camp performance.

Green who is perhaps the most productive defensive performer for CBA-Syracuse’s stacked 2025 class picked up his first offer from Sacred Heart after a strong camp performance.

Balidemaj who has had a strong offseason picked up his first offer from Maine. Balidemaj is one of the most physical defensive linemen returning in the state and has the versatility to be a big defensive end or bulk up and play inside.

Johnson picked up a PWO (Preferred Walk-On) offer from Hometown Syracuse. Johnson is one of the top returners in Section III and is in-line for a big increase in role at RB although he plays both ways.

It was only a matter of time before Brumfield picked up his first offer and it came from Syracuse after a 7v7 camp. Brumfield was a player who stood out at the CTC 7v7 and already looks the part before even hitting high school.

Byrd picked up his 3rd offer from Lehigh and the UPrep QB continues to garner FCS opportunities. Byrd is one of the top returning QBs this fall and his skillset combined with his athleticism is what in so intruiging at the next level.

Perkins Jr returns to New York and continues to be a name to know recruiting wise as he picked up yet another offer, this one coming from Wagner.

Charles one of the top OL prospects due to his measurables, overall potential, and natural strength picked up his first offer from Wagner.

Collins-Howard who was one of Aquinas top playmakers last season and one of the top sprinters in the State, especially for the 2027 class picked up his first off from Syracuse after 7v7 camp.

One of South Shore’s top playmakers headed into this season picked up his first offer from Wagner. Schulters who was the MVP of the Rising Stars Bowl played last season at Julius Chambers in Charlotte, NC and heads to the PSAL for his senior season.

Minsterman out of Lancaster picked up his first offer from DIII University of Rochester after a visit. Minsterman is one of the top returning WR prospects in Section VI.

After a camp performance, King earned his first offer from Wagner. The Curtis DB is one of the top returning DBs in NYC this season.

Smith who is one of the top playmaking defensive backs in the entire state and the top returning safety prospect in the CHSFL picked up his first D1 offer from Maine.
The Trinity-Pawling OT has picked up two PWO offers, the first of which I missed in last weeks report but Iak is a player who brings good OT measurables and good movement skills on tape. Iak now has PWO offers from SMU and Syracuse
Moukazis moved to Curtis last season was a 1/2 of one of the strongest RB duos in the state last season, after a camp/workout he picked up his first offer from Wagner.

Watson after a really strong spring which saw him pick up over 10 division 1 offers commits to UConn after an official visit this past weekend. Watson is one of the best playmakers at the WR position and has the size to play a Flex TE position as well. Perhaps a similar position to former UConn and Iona Prep WR/TE Justin Joly.

After a very strong spring which featured a ton of FCS and FBS offer for George he locks in a commitment to the United States Naval Academy. George originally from Connecticut played his first season in New York this fall for Iona Prep. A former PrepRedzone camp MVP George had a strong junior year and checks a lot of boxes schools look for in a defensive lineman.
