showed some versatility stepping in as a quarterback in a few games and showed some success as a passer. However, Perkins Jr showed his best ball as a receiver and was a really solid deep threat for NY Hustle. Perkins Jr, won with speed and did a great job tracking the ball down the field making tough catches. By the time it’s all said and done, Perkins could be one of the best ATH’s in America. He is a must watch player this offseason as there’s a real chance he can become a household name. Perkins was a beast at wide receiver for Canarsie during the fall. His run after catch ability showed how dangerous he is with the ball in his hands. We have to remember that Perkins was a solid QB when he was a freshman. I could see him playing both spots during showcases and camps. He has the ability to be dangerous from anywhere on offense when he has the ball in his hands. The footwork that Perkins has is elite and can allow him to play defensive back as well. Power five schools will continue to offer Perkins.
