The 7v7 circuit is coming to a close this offseason and we’ve seen a lot of really good football over the last few months. From our PRZ7v7 circuit to others, we got to see some great competition and players from all over the state. This week on Prep Redzone Oklahoma, we’ll be taking a look at some of the top players that we got a chance to watch and break down this offseason. From your typical positional breakdowns to other categories like stock risers, breakout players & more.
In this post, we’re taking a look at the stock risers from this offseason. These eight players raised their stock significantly this offseason. All eight players on this breakdown were guys that we knew about coming into the offseason but they took their play to another level and are heading into the spring and summer with a lot of momentum.
Blake Hogshooter Blake Hogshooter 6'4" | 190 lbs | WR Bixby | 2025 State OK – 2025 WR – Bixby (Played With Sooner 7 & SouthTown Band1ts)
During the first half of the offseason, Bixby 2025 wide receiver Blake Hogshooter Blake Hogshooter 6'4" | 190 lbs | WR Bixby | 2025 State OK played with Sooner 7 and during the second half of the offseason, he played with SouthTown Band1ts, a team made up of only Bixby players. We watched Hogshooter up close in three different tournaments this offseason and each time he continued to raise the bar for his potential moving forward. First off, he looks like he’s been living in the weight room this offseason and is continuing to fill out his frame. And that frame is long and he was a match-up nightmare when either of his teams got near the end zone as he was the perfect target for a jump ball. Hogshooter had a breakout season last fall for the Spartans and he has the potential to take that next step this season. He is quickly climbing the ranks as a wide receiver.
Carter Langenderfer Carter Langenderfer 6'2" | 190 lbs | DB Owasso | 2026 OK – 2026 DB – Owasso (Played With Sooner 7)
Owasso 2026 defensive back Carter Langenderfer Carter Langenderfer 6'2" | 190 lbs | DB Owasso | 2026 OK played with Sooner 7’s 15U squad that emerged as one of the best 15U squads in the region this offseason. And Langenderfer definitely saw his stock rise after a really strong performance on the 7v7 circuit. In fact, in the last few days, the Owasso sophomore received his first D1 offer from Iowa State and that should be the first of many. Langenderfer isn’t the only standout from this 15U squad to be on this breakdown. But he looked the part every time we saw him and he made some outstanding plays. Specifically in the MoKan tournament in Springfield back in February. He really impressed us when we got a chance to see him there and he continued to play well throughout the offseason. He should continue to turn heads this spring and summer.
Colton McComb Colton McComb 6'2" | 195 lbs | ATH Edmond Memorial | 2027 State OK – 2027 ATH – Edmond Memorial (Played With F3 Dawgs)
Edmond Memorial 2027 athlete Colton McComb Colton McComb 6'2" | 195 lbs | ATH Edmond Memorial | 2027 State OK is going to be an interesting prospect to watch as we move forward over the next few seasons. We only got a chance to see McComb play in one tournament this offseason and that was our tournament in early March when he played with the F3 Dawgs, a team made up of players from Edmond Memorial. He was just a freshman and he was playing at a very high level in the 18U division against some of the best competition in the state. McComb was one of the better two-way players during that tournament and he was shining as a tight end as well as a linebacker. This isn’t the first time we’ve watched McComb in person and he’s impressed us. But it was another chapter to his story moving forward and this fall could be a big season for him as a breakout player.
Cruz Campbell Cruz Campbell 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Tuttle | 2026 State OK – 2026 QB – Tuttle (Played With Hustle Inc 405)
The only quarterback on this breakdown is Tuttle 2026 signal caller Cruz Campbell Cruz Campbell 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Tuttle | 2026 State OK after he had a spectacular offseason playing with Hustle Inc 405. We watched Campbell in person for two tournaments and each time, he was arguably the best quarterback in attendance. Campbell also led the team to a massive championship win over the weekend in Texas at the DR7 event. Campbell started for two seasons at Southmoore and this offseason he moved to Tuttle. he’s going to immediately become one of the best quarterbacks in Class 4A when he takes the field for the Tigers. Campbell’s accuracy on the deep ball was one of the best we saw from this offseason. Accuracy and overall zip on the ball were the two things that stood out to us throughout the offseason. His stock is going up in a major way.
Deakon Jones Deakon Jones 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Stillwater | 2027 State OK – 2027 WR – Stillwater (Played With Sooner 7)
Stillwater 2027 wide receiver Deakon Jones Deakon Jones 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Stillwater | 2027 State OK had a breakout freshman season with the Pioneers last fall and he’s carried that momentum into this offseason. We watched Jones in person a few times last fall and you could tell that there was a lot of potential there. Every time we watched Jones in person this offseason, he was making some truly special plays. And one thing that we liked about his game was his ability to battle through adversity. In one tournament, he had a tough day on Saturday with drops and came back the next day and was one of the best players in the tournament. He left no doubt as he helped lead that talented Sooner 7 15U squad to another championship. Jones is going to be a big name to watch moving forward. It’s time to start talking about Jones as one of the top 2027 prospects.
Malakai Dillard Malakai Dillard 6'0" | ATH Lincoln Christian | 2026 State OK – 2026 WR – Lincoln Christian (Played With Sooner 7)
A lot of what we wrote about Jones could be written again here. Lincoln Christian 2026 wide receiver Malakai Dillard Malakai Dillard 6'0" | ATH Lincoln Christian | 2026 State OK had a terrific sophomore season for the Bulldogs and then he’s carried that into an offseason where he has been absolutely dominant with Sooner 7. Every time we’ve watched Dillard in person, he has routinely been one of the best players in attendance. First off, Dillard caught everything thrown his way and it was amazing to see just how wide open he could get. Going against defenses that had athletes, Dillard would routinely be wide open. Another thing that stood out was his ability to make a tough catch look incredibly easy. But just like Jones, we knew that Dillard was going to be really good this offseason but like Jones, he’s risen the bar to being great and the ceiling just got higher.
Serri Sheridan Serri Sheridan 5'10" | WR Lawton Eisenhower | 2025 State OK – 2025 WR – Lawton Eisenhower (Played With TheUNIT Platinum)
Lawton Eisenhower 2025 wide receiver Serri Sheridan Serri Sheridan 5'10" | WR Lawton Eisenhower | 2025 State OK had a really strong performance throughout this offseason. He would play with TheUNIT Platinum and on a team full of Tulsa-area standouts, this Lawton product really played well. It started at the tournament at Union in early February. On a rainy weekend in Tulsa, Sheridan caught everything thrown his way. He continued that excellent play at our tournament in early March. Sheridan is a playmaker at the wide receiver position and he’s an example of a guy that you never need to worry about. He’s going to run good routes, find a way to get open and if the ball is anywhere close to him, he’s going to find a way to come down with the catch. We knew about Sheridan coming into this offseason but after watching him in person, we are really impressed.
Tahkari Bethel Tahkari Bethel 6'0" | WR Booker T Washington | 2026 OK – 2026 WR/DB – Booker T Washington (Played With Sooner 7)
Our final stock riser is Booker T Washington 2026 standout Tahkari Bethel Tahkari Bethel 6'0" | WR Booker T Washington | 2026 OK after his offseason with Sooner 7. Bethel has been a player on our radar for the last year but he took his game to a completely new level this offseason. It started with the MoKan tournament in Springfield and continued into the DR7 tourney in Broken Arrow and the C4 tourney in Durant in March. Bethel was absolutely dominant and made some spectacular catches. We think that he’s going to be a name to watch this spring and summer and as more eyes get on him, we think he’s going to have opportunities to play at the next level. He still has two more years at the high school level but he’s certainly going to be a name to watch this fall. If this offseason was any indication, he should be one of the top playmakers in the Tulsa area.
