is one of a handful of 2026 prospects that are head scratchers for us. Simply put, more schools should be on Campbell and it’s insane that he doesn’t have more options at this point. Don’t get us wrong, he does have a handful but he’s right there among the best quarterbacks in this group and in the state in general. We’ve watched Campbell quite a bit over the last two years and he was one of the most improved players in Oklahoma last season. That trend continued this year where almost everything he does on the football field looks easy. Throw in the fact that he throws one of the best and most consistent deep balls we’ve seen and you have a great QB prospect.

There’s only a handful of players that made a more significant jump from 2023 to 2024 than senior quarterback

did last fall with Tuttle. After playing for Southmoore in 2022 and 2023, Campbell moved over and immediately breathed new life into this Tuttle offense. On the season, he threw for nearly 3,000 yards and 40 touchdowns with only three interceptions. In our opinion, he’s one of the very best quarterbacks in the state and certainly one of the top guys in the state’s 2026 class. But as we mentioned earlier, Tuttle lost some key names at wide receiver. How Campbell responds to those new connections will be a big key to their success this fall.

might as well be 1A and 1B and you can flip a coin on who is who at this point. Campbell made a very similar jump during his junior season, when he became one of the top quarterbacks in the state and arguably the top guy in Class 4A. After two seasons of growing pains at Southmoore, Campbell moved to Tuttle and he immediately took off. Campbell really caught our attention around this time last year. He looked like he had gotten bigger and taller and the passing was starting to reach another level. The battle for the top spot in the state’s 2026 quarterback class is going to be a fun one to watch moving forward. Campbell definitely isn’t going to back down from the challenge and is looking to finish in the top spot.

this season. There aren’t many players in the state that have made a more significant jump than Campbell this fall. He moved from Southmoore to Tuttle this offseason but his progression and jump as a quarterback has been much more than new surroundings. We’ve seen him in person a handful of times and it looks like he’s grown a few inches and been putting in time in the weight room. There’s also a confidence in his game that is hard to shake. Campbell is one of several quarterbacks in this class that has been playing since freshman year but the leap he made this year is off the charts.
