Tape shows reps at: OTN Wideout, Outside CB
Is 6’3 but can run like he’s 5’10. Great gait when attacking vertically at WR, same speed shown when running with wideouts downfield. Splash-play producer, INTs taken back for scores, can be deemed a deep threat on offense. Natural with the ball in his hands. D1 grade.

365 DL, 315 SQ, 195 BE
3-minute tape showcasing reps primarily at Tight End (in-line).
Utilized as a chip and release pass-catching option who has the hands and athleticism to break a coverage.
Listed as an “ATH” because of build and athleticism. Linebacker could be an option, I imagine, as well as FB, or WR.
5’10, 155 pounds
7-minute sophomore tape, showcasing quality reps at outside lane corner.
No reps at WR from what I can tell, yet a possible option for Manheim Township moving forward.
Plays the football well when in off coverage. Numerous plays where Rdoriguez was set up for an INT/PBU. Could have easily come away with 3-4+ INTs. In the right place at the right time. Being coached and trained well.

3.3 GPA
7-minute tape showing off reps at WR and CB primarily, a sprinkle of inside slot coverage too.
Big-bodied that almost lumbers on the field, until he gets to open his stride up. Carries the ideal linebacker build yet utilized at WR and CB because of his athleticism. I think he could have a future at LB, yet Easton makes sure they get the most out of his skillset. Outstanding blocker, either cracking on the LOS or downfield ATC. Brings a tough attitude to WR/DB.

3-minute tape showcasing quality reps at WR and safety.
Ball skills, ball tracking, splash plays, that’s what Aidan Tuffy Aidan Tuffy 6’1″ | 170 lbs | ATH Upper Moreland | 2025 PA provides.
At wideout, the young man catch stretch the field and come down with highly difficult catches. Hand-eye coordination is a huge plus. Comes away with equally impressive interceptions at saftey. Comfortable aligning as a single-high safety. Special player when the ball in thrown his direction, both sides of the field.

One of the better producers on this list so far. Has separate offensive and defensive highlight tapes on Hudl
Fearless in terms of testing the ball in the air, as well as putting his head down to make tackles. Often around turnovers, high IQ and leverage use has him in the right place at the right time more often than not. Understandable option on offense, where his build isn’t exploited, yet I love the kid at DB. Top 25 ATH.

- basketball and track participant
- 6-minute tape showcasing his work at running back, with a sprinkle of reps at safety and wideout.
- Ranked as a top 120 overall prospect, high praise. Should be given more love as a back, he’s stout and hitting outside lanes out of shotgun sets and exploiting bad containment. His vision on sweeps, his ability to set up his blocks and lanes downfield are up there with some of the best. Can provide screen reps, can be split out wide too.

1st-team All-Area WR/DB, exemplifying ATH designation
48 receptions, 830+ yards, 7 scores, 150+ on the ground

Best producer on the list thus far.
4-minute tape showcasing Reed’s inept ability to get open at wideout. Stems with a purpose, attacks leverage with a purpose, you can see how highly I think of the young man, as he is close to cracking the top 100. Can come down with tough catches, is great after the catch, a complete package in terms of an offensive weapon. Bit of an edge/attitude to his game. Saw a big jump in terms of ranking this update.
5’9, 160
track participant, self-reported 4.5 40 time.
11.2 100M dash time
3-minute tape showcasing outside lane corner reps, slot WR reps, special teams contributing reps as a return man and blocker.
His tape might not wow in terms of production. Reps at DB however, showcase one of the more physical corners listed on this piece thus far. Physical approach to jamming at the LOS, physical when containing runs, avid hand fighter. Once was deemed a top players in the state, has the potential to climb back into the top tier, especially if he continues to perform well at DB.
6’4, 200 pounds
Basketball and track participant
teammate of previously mentioned JC Wilson.
Primaries at wideout, provides real reps at OLB and safety if need be. Also a contributing player on special teams.
Division One build with a Division One grade. I personally like his OLB reps when attempting to project him to the next level. You get to see the wide range and scale of his athletic profile at wide out, however. His overt physicality at all positions has to excite potential collegiate suitors. Debut six spots outside of the top 100.

20 receptions, 250+ yards, 4 scores
1 INT, 12 PBUs, 1 TFL
11.4 100M time, 58.45 400M time
Has an 11-minute tape showcasing his full skillset, a five-minute tape dedicated to his skills at DB. Expecting an expanded role on offense, as the kid’s ability to stretch the field and attack vertically is too good to leave chained up. Where he eats is at DB. I’d bet he’ll serve as a quality collegiate corner. Fluid hips that can fire and switch as fast as his feet move. Phenomenal technique post-snap when aligned in press coverage. Can double as a safety if need be. DB is his natural position.

4-minute tape showcasing quality reps at: OLB, Punter, WR, DB.
DB specifcis, Slot corner, outside corner, some safety too.
Multi-faceted game conveyed by do-it-all Ellwood CIty Junior Declan Gray Declan Gray 6’0″ | 180 lbs | ATH Ellwood City | 2025 PA . He’ll first stand out at OLB. Has the traditional build suitable for attacking ball carriers. Kid blows up would-be blockers and pursues the football like some of the best in the state. Gets the ATH tag because of his work on special teams, his contributuins as a pass-catcher, and most importantly, this reps at DB. The kid carries his 200-pound frame well. He looks bulky, yet is comfortbale playing in space at CB or S. Three spots outside of the top 100.
5’10, 160
Five-minute tape on Hudl showing Keith can provide quality reps at: SWR, safety,
Splash player who can be utilized all over the field. Deep threat, short/intermediate game viable, twitchy, can be used in trick-packages. Smart player with the ball in his hands. Pure offensive weapon that can be deployed in pretty much any fashion at MLK. Reps at DB and on special teams are just icing on the cake. A lock for All-Pub selection so long as he puts forth the same effort on the field this Fall. Sahfi Reed Sahfi Reed 6’2″ | 190 lbs | ATH Martin Luther King | 2024 State PA and Khalid Bueno Khalid Bueno 6’2″ | 220 lbs | LB Martin Luther King | 2025 State PA should bring some collegiate attention to MLK, here’s to hoping Keith gets some love, so long as it’s earned.
Two spots away from being a top 100 player.

Two-and-a-half-minute tape on Hudl.
Provides quality reps as a punt and kick returner, Outside lane corner.
Some of the best return skills displayed by any one prospect on this list. Open-field vision is a plus, pacing is a plus, understands he needs to let lanes develop. If he can carve out a roll on offense and see similar circumstances with the football in his hands, he’d likely legitimize this ranking. Flyer at DB, flies to the BC. Small prospect, yet not afraid to hit. DB reps are on par with top of the best DBs in his class. Top 100 ranking given after projecting an expanded role on offense this Fall.
5’11, 160
Bio says Woodland Hills, Hudl still says Pine-Richland
Part of a PR championship run last Fall.
Slot capable WR, outside lane too, outside corner reps
The purest, most-gifted pass-catcher on this list. Natural hands, smooth off the snap, natural gliding stride. Love his potential as a number one wideout at a pass-happy program. Opportune player, has a knack for flare, special catches shown on his 5-minute tape. Great dragger, crosser, sees the field well. Doubles as a promising DB. Received the top 100 nod because of a possible uptick in looks at a new program.

3-minute tape showcasing his skills at wideout. Large part of the route tree is accessible to Lincoln’s Bredell. Active in the screen game, good change of direction skills and balance makes him a viable option in the red zone, tough cover.
Will likely return kicks for Lincoln this Fall, some returns on tape.
No DB reps on tape, yet I imagine he’ll see time there, his skill set should translate.
Division One talent who is working towards a possible FBS offer in the near future.
Offers from Lehigh and Lafayette.

Back at Nazareth after spending time at the Peddie School.
3-minute tape, 26 receptions, 430+ yards, four scores in six games.
One of the best slot weapons this class has to offer. Completely aware of his surroundings, coverage, and personnel included. His ability to manipulate safeties shows on tape. Pacing throughout his route, the ability to hit different gears makes him a tough guard in man coverage. Newsome is also the best separator on this list so far.
Outside corner capabale.
Kick return capable
Majority of reps are on offense, however.

five-minute tape highlighting his versatile skillset.
Quality reps seen while aligned at MLB, OLB, TE (in the backfield or in line), as well as at RB.
Quite the variety of reps seen on tape, arguably the most well-rounded football player featured on this list thus far. Declan Gray Declan Gray 6’0″ | 180 lbs | ATH Ellwood City | 2025 PA , Jasir Frutchey Jasir Frutchey 6’4″ | 200 lbs | ATH Easton Area | 2025 State PA rival Camden Lewis Camden Lewis 6’3″ | 220 lbs | ATH South Allegheny | 2025 State PA ‘s overall impact, yet their games don’t reach Lewis’ ceiling. Division One grade. Like him most at LB, reps at RB are just icing on the cake. TE position intrigues me, capable blocker in the trenches, as well as in the open field, can catch too. A lot to unpack.
6’3, 185 pounds
All-Conference LB honors
3.4 GPA
Phenomenal build backed by an equally impressive 8-minute tape.
OLB capable, this is the position he projects to at the next level.
Some DB play too, can cover the curl-flat zones at OLB/SCB.
Athletic enough to line up at TE, peel off, and serve as a pass-catching option when attempting to throw the ball.
Should be entertained by collegiate suitors at EDGE/DE. Has the clay to mold if a coach falls in love with his skill set.
Division One grade.
Lehigh offer under his belt.
6’1, 170 pounds
3.5 GPA
Track & Field Hurdler
Far and away the best WR/DB two-way player mentioned on this list thus far. Films backs up the notion. Equally stout an outside lane corner as he is a weapon on offense.
Formerly out of Bethlehem Catholic, now suiting up for Allentown Central Catholic.
Natural open-field playmaker. Near top-tier DB skills, length at the position is a plus. Blends physicality, length, hands, and technique when at DB. Suspect he’ll earn his fair share of FCS offers spanning between now and January.
He and Jareel Calhoun Jareel Calhoun 5’11” | 160 lbs | ATH Allentown Central Catholic | 2025 NJ will team as a formidable pass-catching duo at ACC this coming Fall, Kelly Jr. stood out at our camp participating at wideout.
Offered by Robert Morris University

nine-minute tape showcasing Mitchell’s complete skill set.
Can align at wideout and primary at said position, inside and out. Can serve as a pass-covering, run-stopping linebacker, phenomenal awareness to pull this off. Also seen taking reps at RB, taking sweeps to the house, running routes out of the backfield too. One of the best football players without an FBS offer.
Unsure if his size will meet LB thresholds set by collegiate coaches, yet his play at this position is what led to a top 100 ranking out of us. WR/RB is an added bonus the Penn Hill staff can rely on.
Identified in January as a possible early-offer kid. He’ll have to put in the work this season to stay high on local college boards, I expect he will.

Former state champion
Wrestler and track sprinter
First five or so reps show off his instincts at LB, can witness him plugging holes right before they develop, finishes tackles well with proper technique behind him. Limited false steps.
Moves well through traffic, good vision through trash as he sniffs out the BC.
How he develops in the weight room will uncover what his future position is. Will likely play two-ways again this Fall.
Explosion, predicting how his athletic profile will develop, natural feel for the game, high upside when compared to those above.

previous evals have expressed same sentiments. No full-season tape, great mid-season tape however, also left a lasting impression on me a couple off-seasons ago.
Validation in the form of an offer keeps Penn inside the top ten, yet I’m ready to see new tape out of the young man.
Reps at WR show Penn can accelerate like he’s 150 pounds. The young man can move while carrying a relatively thicker build. Can catch through a defender’s hands, not easily deterred by much. Attitude and edge, kid exudes confidence. Could be an outstanding producer on offense this Fall.
Personally like Penn on offense, yet he provides quality reps art DB as well as on special teams.
Hudl has him at 6’3, Twitter has him at 6’1, big-time difference that could have coaches questioning.
Doesn’t change my FBS-grade on him. Very high on this kid.

Here’s part of my January evaluation.
Xair Stevenson Xair Stevenson 6’3″ | 180 lbs | ATH USO | 2025 State PA ‘s lack of noise outside of Western Pennsylvania leaves me scratching my head a bit. Here’s a position and alignment versatile prospect who has a moldable build that programs would love to get a hold of. 6’2, 200 pounds, Xair Stevenson Xair Stevenson 6’3″ | 180 lbs | ATH USO | 2025 State PA ‘s tape left me wondering why more folks in recruiting circles aren’t mentioning his name more often. To my knowledge, this is the young man’s first go at success on the field. He might be relatively unknown outside of Western PA. I am more than willing to help out, his game deserves recognition. The University Prep sophomore can produce against the run or pass from his OLB position. Stevenson ends on the athletic side of the linebacker position, showing off pursuit and closing speed skills when blitzing or attacking off the edge. Shifts laterally from hole to hole in a flash to help against the run. Stevenson is one of those prospects that has a nose for the football as well as causing turnovers. His ability to cover the pass forced me to rank him inside the top 50. Five interceptions to his name, Stevenson was seen playing the run, then quickly planting and finding his zone after diagnosing the pass. He earned the “ATH” designation because of this. I don’t doubt that this young man could play safety if need be. Stevenson could also be a difference-maker on offense down the road. The weight room will be crucial in his development, I have no worries that the guys out West will get him in line.

four-minute tape proving he’s a capable starter at SWR, safety, outside corner.
well-coached, trained prospect who attacks coverage and leverage with a purpose on offense. Eats up space/cushion in front of him, forcing reactions from DBs. Stride and acceleration skills are that of a track sprinter, which McFadden is, it translates to the turf.
Will likely play both ways. production on offense will likely infatuate scouts enough to project him to WR at the next level, let’s not sleep on his DB skills.

team captain
special reps at OLB, EDGE, KR, PR, RB, emergency QB, TE
One of the best football players in the state, period.
FBS grade, working in one of the tougher leagues in the state too.
Would rank inside the top ten at LB, we know how loaded that 2025 class is, would also rank inside the top ten if listed at RB.
What’s best, this kid has more potential to unlock. Chiseling out his build and maxing out his athletic profile before he graduates would do wonders for his stock. Grades need to be in check all throughout the process. Perfect blend of violence and athleticism.
holds offers from 9 FBS programs, should be reranked at 2 or 3 spot if I’m being honest.
5’9, 170
Wrestler and track participant.
seven-minute tape on Hudl
quality reps at outside corner, running back, safety-capable, KR/PR.
The state’s top weapon and playmaker, the prospects ranked above him do not produce offensively like this young man does.
A special corner before anything, would rank inside the top three at that position. Fantastic R&R to passing concepts near the LOS, can play on or off, open-field capabilities are icing on the cake.
places this high because of upside, we probably haven’t seen the best of this kid and Power Five programs are keying in on him now.

five-minute tape, utilized at RB, outside corner, split out wide at receiver.
Can be used as a traditional X, yet Laurel Highlands love to get creative with his pre-snap alignments.
Personally project him to the defensive side of the football, DB or S, because of his length and instincts at the position.
currently holds offers out of Pitt, Penn State, West Virginia, and Toledo.
one of my favorite prospects in the class, ranking shows that.
jumped from 30 to just outside top 15.

seven-minute tape showing off quality reps at WR, safety (two-high sets), TE (in-line or split), OLB,
Tough to not love him at WR, he’s got a knack for coming down with incredible catches, not too many DBs can counter his height and physicality.
I believe his collegiate position lies elsewhere, probably OLB, especially if he’s bringing along his instincts from the offensive side of the ball. Programs interested in the young man will learn a lot this Fall.
currently holds 19 offers, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Texas A&M, to name a few.
6’4, chiseled 220
dominant 4-minute tape displaying reps at FS in two-high sets, can come down and play in the box, some OLB pass-rush reps.
at ATH as Sacca is projected to move to OLB or EDGE in the future. I’m not in the loop, yet this young man can legitimately produce at all three levels of a defense.
Safety, free or in the box.
OLB, rushing off the edge
DE, if need be.
Not many prospects I’ve covered in my short career can say the same. Coaches I’ve spoken to have flirted with the idea of him rushing the passer at some point, I think keeping him at DB or OLB should maximize the young man’s potential. I have a feeling we’ll see the best out of Sacca this coming Fall.
