Julian McFadden is another extremely quick prospect out of La Salle. The 5’11 | 170 lb 2025 ATH has had a busy spring with Track and handling his busy recruitment. This spring McFadden has picked up offers from Bucknell, Boston College, Villanova, Syracuse, and Buffalo. Julian recently decided on where he will be taking his talents to at the next level, but first, let’s break down his recruitment before spring. Offers: Lafayette, Monmouth, Bethune Cookman, Towson, Western Michigan, Delaware State Visits: Penn State, JMU On 4/3 the rising Senior decided to commit to Syracuse University. I expect the La Salle product to have a big Senior campaign. I’m excited to see how he turns out at the collegiate level! Keep an eye on this prospect as he finishes out his high school career and takes his talents to New York State.

after the Fall season came to a close, the junior two-way prospect saw a flurry of Scholly opportunities come his way this past January. Towson, Bethune, and Western Michigan all came through to offer the top 50 2025 prospect. We at PRZ are through the roof to see deserved opportunities head his way.

, provided an immediate positive affect on offense. Three receptions, 130+ yards, and a score registered for McFadden, who is the current yardage leader at the program. McFadden flashed the playmaking ability we talked about all offseason, re-working his route on the fly, sitting in an open area, catching a ball out of his outside slot position and taking a 15-yard catch to the house 70+ yards. McFadden attacked the secondary on a nine route that was caught and taken to the one-yard line, could have been his second score of the night. The three-level capabilities McFadden possesses work hand-in-hand with Sidwar’s ability to target kids at every level of the field.

extensive live looks at the young man via camp coverage and 7on7.
four-minute tape proving he’s a capable starter at SWR, safety, outside corner.
well-coached, trained prospect who attacks coverage and leverage with a purpose on offense. Eats up space/cushion in front of him, forcing reactions from DBs. Stride and acceleration skills are that of a track sprinter, which McFadden is, it translates to the turf.
Will likely play both ways. production on offense will likely infatuate scouts enough to project him to WR at the next level, let’s not sleep on his DB skills.

My third time this offseason getting a chance to see the SCH pass-catcher perform up close. Again, blown away by his route-running ability. Three wideouts secured top-five honors early, Julian McFadden was not one of them initially, yet his work during 1v1s solidified his placement. Love how McFadden transitions out of his cuts after his release. The young man doesn’t lose a step after cutting laterally, despite good positioning by DBs. McFadden finds a way to separate. McFadden has the complete route tree under his belt. There isn’t a route he’s uncomfortable running. Despite our already high ranking, I’ve got a feeling this young man should be higher. Congrats on his top-five placement, as well as his phenomenal combine numbers.

‘s game outside of myself. After seeing McFadden in 7v7 settings, as well as this coming weekend in Spooky Nook, I’m convinced I have him ranked too low, despite him landing near the top 100. I have a strong feeling this kid could come away with MVP honors on Saturday, no matter the position he attends as. SCH will have a pure two-way prospect at their disposal. McFadden will serve both as a flanker with speed to stretch the field vertically, while potentially providing some off-man coverage reps on the other side of the ball. Supreme athlete that possesses supreme confidence.

, I love McFadden’s abilities at DB, even though he’s a phenomenal two-way prospect. Many will point to McFadden’s size and question whether he’s top 100 worthy in the future. We know I have no problem ranking productive prospects high even if they don’t meet some collegiate thresholds. McFadden boasts the athleticism to be one of the better two-way players in his class. A top-20 positional ranking could easily become a top-10 spot. We will need to see him produce, however. Undeniable production is necessary for a 5’10 prospect out of SCH. I think he has the talent to make it happen.
