About Keshon
Expert Analysis
Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
A 2028 running back on the rise in Gwinnett County, Blow may not be the biggest back in his class, but he’s shifty, explosive, and runs hard for someone in the 5-foot-8 160-pound range. He’s agile, can make defenders miss in the open field, but has no problem lowering his shoulder to finish runs. There’s not a ton of film out there eon him yet, but he’s a back we’ve heard about for years now with an opportunity to step up and make some plays this fall for a powerful Buford team as a sophomore. He’s a back to keep a close eye on moving forward.

Film Study & Football IQ:
Keshon stands out for his exceptional film study and high football IQ. He has an innate ability to read defenses before and during the play, quickly identifying holes and adjusting his runs accordingly. His preparation off the field translates to a deeper understanding of the game, making him one step ahead of the competition at all times.
Speed & Vision:
With true elite speed, Keshon is a blur in the open field, capable of outrunning defenders with ease. His vision is just as impressive, allowing him to read blocks and see lanes develop before anyone else. His combination of speed and vision ensures that he not only break through holes but also turn short gains into game-changing runs.
Shiftiness & Agility:
Keshon is incredibly shifty, capable of making defenders miss with quick cuts and elusive moves. His agility allows him to dodge tacklers, change direction on a dime, and accelerate out of tight spaces, making him nearly impossible to bring down in the open field.
Strength:
Despite his elusiveness, Keshon is also remarkably strong. His ability to power through arm tackles and keep moving forward after contact sets them apart from other backs. Whether it’s breaking free from a defender or pushing the pile in short-yardage situations, his strength is a true asset.

started to really make a name for himself the last two offseasons, performing well on the camp circuit and at the UA Next All-American Game this past January. Blow runs with exceptional balance and change of direction. Athletically, he is on par with any RB that Georgia has to offer in the 2028 class. All that’s left now is for him to add more size, which should happen naturally thanks to his age. Blow should receive P4 buzz pretty early into his HS career at Buford.

Keshon continues to build his resume on the field highlighted by an invite to the UA Next Game in 2024. His balance and change of direction poses a problem for defenders, especially in one on one situations. There is confidence in his field vision and a knack for setting up blockers to maintain separation when needed to reach the edge or cut back against the grain for a long run.

Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but a Buford Wolf has been selected for the UA Next Game. I say that in jest, as

also earned a spot in the game. A running back/linebacker type, he’s one to watch on both sides of the ball. Haven’t had live eyes on him since last fall but he is clearly not slowing down at all. Blow was the only Running Back selected on the day.
