has had a strong senior season for his new Highlanders’ program and has solidified their backfield.
Sack is averaging 7.3 yards per carry and has totaled 674 yards and 11 touchdowns in six games this season. He’s been their workhorse back this season as a versatile running back who can run between the tackles or bust it outside with the speed to break. Sack is explosive off the handoff and has shown good balance and footwork. It seems he’s running the hardest that he’s been in his career as a senior and is breaking and running through initial contact at a high level. Vision and patience are two more traits that Sack is executing well, and you can see why D1 programs were after his commitment.

this season as he was very much needed in their close 38-35 win over Hurricane. The Highlanders leaned on him heavily to eke out an opening-week win with 27 carries for 166 yards and 2 touchdowns. Known for his speed and athleticism, Sack’s strength and power are what stood out the most on film as he ran hard between the tackles and fought for extra yards in a game where every inch mattered. He may see a significant increase in carries this season compared to last and Sack looks to have the size and strength to take on that extra load for his new program.

announced he would be taking his D1 talents to Huntington High for his senior year to join up with a host of other top talent in the Highlanders’ program. The Air Force commit is a versatile athlete who should fit in perfectly in their backfield which already had Jackson and a talented defensive back group. It’ll be interesting to watch how they’ll utilize Sack and Jackson together as they both can slide out to receiver as well if needed. I’m sure they can find ways to get both of them equal opportunities on offense as Huntington has an embarrassment of riches on their roster.
Sack’s versatility and D1 athleticism will give his coaches plenty of options of how they want to utilize his dynamic skillset and will be exciting to watch unfold during his senior year.

made big news with his transfer to one of the state’s best programs and will be attending Huntington High for his senior year. The Highlanders have plenty of other D1 talent in their program so the extra eyes benefited Sack even more with Old Dominion and Eastern Kentucky adding to his already long list of D1 offers in February. While he’s a no-doubt D1 prospect, it will be very interesting to see how Huntington uses him in 2024 with an already loaded RB and WR room which Sack has performed well at both positions in the past. With a talent like him, I’m sure they’ll figure out multiple ways to fully utilize him, and may just be the early favorites in the new Class AAAA in 2024.

A two-spot increase in the rankings typically isn’t worth noting but when it involves a Top 5/10 player we need to make note of it. George Washington athlete

was already considered a Top 5 player in the 2025 class from our last update but now jumps up two spots to the #3 overall player in this class. A P4 offer from Maryland and a productive junior season will do that for your ranking and I expect some more FBS schools to follow suit before the 2024 season begins. Sack could really be ranked as an ATH as he’s a quality running back and receiver for the Patriots along with seeing plenty of time as a DB too. For now, he’ll stay put as a RB and I really like the outlook at that position for him with his physical build and skillset. Sack is just a well-rounded athlete with natural ability that can succeed regardless of which position you put him at.
