Osbourne who will look to help fill the massive hole left by Jaden Shirden who is draft eligible and was one of the best RBs in Division 1 football. Osbourne missed a lot of his Senior season due to injury but still showcased development from his strong junior season. Osbourne is fast and is a threat to take the ball to the endzone every time he touches it. Osbourne is a direct runner using one-cut and hitting the hole hard. He shows really impressive vision finding open field easily. Osbourne is a factor in the passing game showing he can be involved in screens or run routes from a WR position. Osbourne is a D1 body with really impressive athleticism.

When Osbourne gets into space he consistently makes plays. Last year I can confidently say he was one of the most elusive running backs in the entire catholic league. Osbourne is a smooth runner who makes tacklers miss with ease. He also had good size at 6’1 and 200 pounds. He’s a threat both on the ground and in the receiving game. The recent Monmouth commit will be an entertaining prospect this season.

A big offer for the Stpeinac running back as Monmouth has offered him., At 6’1 and 215 pounds, Osbourne has a lot of size and speed in his game. The attention will continue increasing after a big summer. Osbourne has been one of the hottest names in New York over the past couple weeks.

Osbourne is primed to build off a strong junior season and LIU is the first program to jump in with an offer. Expect a few more schools to be on Osbourne throughout the season. *Update* Osbourne just picked up another offer from Sacred Heart today.

Jordan Osbourne Jordan Osbourne 6'1" | 205 lbs | RB Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY is one of the longer leaner running backs in this class but his overall athleticism is at an elite level. Osbourne has great speed and can impact the game as both a runner and receiver. Osbourne uses his length really well in both facets of the game where as a runner he has one of the best stiff arms in New York and does a really good job of using his length and upper body to keep defenders off of him. As a pass catcher out of the backfield Osbournes length is tough for defenders to deal with and as a hands catcher he has shown that he can pluck balls out of the air. Osbourne has the athleticism but one of his most underrated traits is his power, at the goalline Osbourne is extremely successful punching in touchdowns and he routinely is delivering the hits to defensive backs and linebackers and not the one taking hits from them. Osbourne has an incredibly high ceiling and his well-rounded skill set to go along with elite athleticism and dominant stiff arm and other moves he should be a prominent figure in an Archbishop Stepinac offense that is losing 3 of its top 4 receivers from last season.

Osbourne, on only 11 carries, had 145 rushing yards and a touchdown which came on a long 80 yarder. Osbourne also added a receiving touchdown from the backfield registering his first 2TD game since week 1 against Christ the King. Osbourne is so good in space and has the breakaway speed to have those long runs. When Stepinac struggled to get continuous rhythm going through the air Osbourne was there to keep drives alive.

Archbishop Stepinac has relied on the run game as a compliment to their elite quick passing game. However, against St. Anthony’s the game script flipped. An early fumble by Osbourne nearly excluded him from this list but his inclusion is because of how impressive his bounce-back was. Osbourne was the key to the 21-point third quarter from Archbishop Stepinac. He may not have had a touchdown or long run but he was the engine of the Stepinac offense. Osbourne had several impressive runs moving the ball for Stepinac when their passing game could not be found. Osbourne also made one of the most impressive catches on a wheel route along the side line where the defender was in perfect position but Osbourne held on. Simple as this, without the impressive 3rd quarter by Jordan Osbourne Jordan Osbourne 6'1" | 205 lbs | RB Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY Stepinac would have struggled to get back into the game.
