Gonzalez is a consistent comp standout whether the Showcase is ran by us and Prep Redzone, or Jerry Flora. Throughout the afternoon, he was consistent through drills, and 7v7 reps.
I liked his attack throughout catching drills, and his fluidity through changes with his body through pass catches. I liked his route running, and his understanding of navigating through zones during the 7v7 portion. His speed, and release off the line stood out the most, as both allowed him to make quick work of press corners throughout the day.

Gonzalez was one of the many underrated receivers in attendance in Warwick, and he left with high praise from myself. Gonzalez was a speed threat for Archbishop Stepinac this season, and through testing and the Indy portion, he displayed his footwork, and high motor as he attacked the ground with each step. He has an elite first step, and gained separation with ease in 1v1 drills. He displayed elite hands throughout the afternoon, and racked in multiple tough catches, with good body control, and footwork. Gonzalez will be an elite speed/down field threat for Archbishop Stepinac next season.

Gonzalez, is an underrated WR, in this Stepinac room. He had a valuable game, that gave Stepinac some early offense. He will likely step into a bigger role next season.
He is an elusive threat, on special teams. The Junior, returned a kick early in the game to the 1 yard line, where he displayed, elite footwork, excellent speed, and good vision, as he moved in and out of defenders. Gonzalez is a real underrated threat for the Crusaders.
