Jahi Gary Jahi Gary 6'5" | 200 lbs | WR Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY , who was a big-bodied target in a high-octane Stepinac offense consistently showed the ability to win contested catch situations. Gary catches the ball away from his body and shows the ability to use his vertical leap to high-point the football. As a route runner, you see Gary make quick breaks on his out-breaking routes and do a good job of turning upfield after the catch. A dynamic athlete with high-level measurables who shows the ability consistently make plays down the field.

Because of all the weapons that Stepinac has, you will see Jahi Gary Jahi Gary 6'5" | 200 lbs | WR Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY in single coverage and he often makes teams pay. At 6 foot 5, he is very long and he has terrific hands. He does a good job controlling and adjusting his body to make impressive catches. He’s a physical receiver that can catch and block, I’m expecting him to have a huge season in a loaded Crusaders offense.

If there is any receiver in New York who is primed to take a massive jump from his junior season to his senior season

is your best bet. Gary showcased some rare traits and ability this past season but was playing with an offense that featured a ton of weapons at receiver and tight end. This season Archbishop Stepinac graduates 3 of its top 4 receivers from last season with the lone remainder being Gary. Gary and top NY QB

should be the best returning QB/WR duo in the state and Gary could end up statistically backing up the traits and play he shows on tape. Gary is a long target at 6’5 but he can create seperation at the intermediate and deep level of the field. Gary does a really good job of finding longer throws and positioning himself to make the catch. While the Stepinac offense features a ton of short area throws Gary was their homerun threat. He is incredible at making catches on back shoulder throws or throws down the field where adjustments to the throw and defender need to be made. Gary is primed for a huge season at Stepinac.

Jahi Gary Jahi Gary 6'5" | 200 lbs | WR Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY is one of the most physically gifted wide receivers in the class. At 6-5, 198lbs Gary has elite frame and has very solid athleticism and quickness to go along with it. Gary does a great job of using his size as a part of his skillset and being a true contested catch threat who will high point the ball and physically over power defensive backs. Gary also has great hands and can make very difficult catches in awkward positions. Gary has great focus throughout his routes and is as sure-handed as any receiver in New York with a physical skillset that other receivers cannot compete with. Gary already has an offer from Old Dominion but should garner some additional interest this summer as college start to see how physically dominant he can be.

Jahi Gary Jahi Gary 6'5" | 200 lbs | WR Archbishop Stepinac | 2024 State NY was quiet all evening until the final Stepinac drive. The Stepinac offense could not find any rhythm through the air meaning Gary was nearly invisible throughout the first 3.5 quarters. However, on the last drive, Gary made an incredible catch on third down to pick up over twenty yards and get the Stepinac offense in field position. Gary showed elite body control and was able to twist his body in an awkward way to make an extremely impressive grab while falling to the turf. Gary showed on that play alone why he deserves the offer he recently picked up from Old Dominion. A couple of plays later Gary also ran a crisp out a route to pick up some extra yards and stop the clock by getting out of bounds. Gary was by no means dominant in this matchup but when his team needed him he made two impressive plays. If Stepinac won the game, those plays by Gary would have been the most important on Stepinacs last drive.
