Eaton, has always been my favorite athlete in the WR room for the Crusaders. He had himself a solid day, in a game where the ground game was used the most.
Eaton took a nasty hit early in the game, and stood up, showing his strength. As a receiver, he had a few catches, and showed good hands, and footwork. After the catch, he is an elusive threat, who can take off for major gains.

displays a solid size for the WR position. He is a two-way ATH and can make plays on both sides of the ball.
Eaton displays outstanding hands and excels in ball tracking. He is physical WR and enjoys contact. After the catch he can reach his top speed quickly and fight through contact for YAC. He is a good route runner who excels on the post route. Body control is the key for him and he can turn the impossible into a highlight. Against Central Catholic (MA) we saw him on an out route make a nice cut for a catch and throw a strong ball down the field through a hard hit.
Eaton is a star WR, who excels in every aspect he needs. He will continue to shoot up boards this season with continued success.

Last season, Eaton was impressive for Stepinac. As a junior, he performed well against some of the top teams in New York and against elite programs in Maryland. Eaton is a smooth athlete with great hands and is a strong, physical receiver. His yards after contact stood out, as did his ability to use his physicality to his advantage. He’s only gotten more athletic since then, as shown in 7-on-7 play, and he has the chance to become Stepinac’s top wide receiver in an offense with a high ceiling.

The Archbishop Stepinac prospect stands at 6’0″ 180 pounds, displaying a good build for the WR position. Eaton has the ability to make DB’s look small.
He has a muscular frame allowing him to absorb contact and fight away pesky defenders which were scene in his 7v7 days along with the Catholic AAA league. He has great tracking and keeps his eyes on the ball at all times. He is a tough to stop competitor given his frame and rarely is tackle on the first try. He has good body control and can turn around to make challenging catches look easy.
Eaton is the top pass catcher for Stepinac this season for a good reason he is physical prospect who has serious breakout potential this fall.

48. Jordyn Eaton
5’11, 193 pounds. 3.5 GPA. A 2026 out of Archbishop Stepinac who ranks well on our PRZ NY site.
Didn’t get to see Kingdom Way at length this past weekend, yet I came away impressed as usual by a familiar face in Jordyn Eaton. Participating in 18U ball, Eaton still was able to make many opposing DBs look small beside his build. Jams, hand-fights, pesky DBs didn’t have much luck trying to deter Eaton off of his routes. Eaton’s muscular and uses his physique to his advantage, I can attest to this after watching him work for two/three games. Had I been able to watch Eaton a bit closer, it’s likely he’d be higher on this list.
Honored to be recognized as one of the top performers for my team @Kwt7v7. I had a great experience competing against some of the best at the @PrepRedzone 7v7 PA Classic. A coincidence that Gialanella and Archbishop Stepinac’s Jordyn Eaton are on this list beside each other. I recently saw both at a NY/NJ camp back in December, hats off to the guys recruiting kids to our camps, as both are exceedingly talented.
5’11, 193 pounds. 3.5 GPA. Ranked as a top 100 PRZ NY 2026.
Will be representing KingdomWay
Here’s what was said about Eaton in a recent post written by Brendan Mankarious. Eaton won Top Performering honors at our most recent NY event.

connected on that was it for me. In a demonstration of strong hands and great technique, I saw Eaton snap off the stem of his route suddenly and sharply. From there, he accelerated to gain additional separation over the middle for an easy grab.

You ask any of the WR/DB/QB coaches or any of the scouts at the event who the best WR was, and they all would say #10 – Eaton was very good all camp, especially in the 1v1s.
His performance came from his ability to separate; he showed good short-area explosiveness out of his breaks and was one of the few WR prospects who could effectively break any direction. We saw a full route tree from Eaton and consistent success. A good finisher in 1v1s, he made a lot of tough catches, and has a very efficient transition upfield.
Eaton was on the WL headed into this season and was one of the top newcomer WRs in the CHSFL this season. A strong regular season and a strong camp performance have really started to put Eaton on the map with New York’s top 2026 WRs.
