is a good athlete who played as an edge defender last year. He also played on the kickoff team, where he showed his athletic ability, making tackles in the open field. He does a good job of exploding off the ball and making plays in the backfield. He is still raw and learning how to play as an edge defender, but his talent is there, and he should only improve as a player. Anderson recently picked up an offer from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. I expect more offers to come his way.

A quality athlete, there are still questions of where Anderson will play positionally at the next level but he had a very nice performance on Friday at our StockUp camp. He measured in at 6-foot-2 and 184-pounds and put up quality testing numbers as well before also putting together a quality day in the drills and one-on-one portion of the day.

is a name I’m quickly becoming familiar with. I got to see some reps out of Anderson at our camp, DL coaches at the event liked what they saw as well. We know how loaded Roman Catholic is at damn near every position. Anderson is going to have to earn the trust of Coach Prete and the rest of the Roman coaching staff to earn reps this early into his career. He could do so, him seeing the field next Fall would cement a future ranking on our site. The kid’s a versatile athlete, I imagine he could carve out a role for himself, either at DL, OLB, or TE. Time will tell.
