moves from No. 55 to No. 56 despite the rankings expanding by hundreds of prospects, which is actually a compliment to how highly he is still viewed. Bass remains unoffered, yet continues to rank ahead of several players who already own Division One offers. At 6’2, 220 pounds, I still believe he projects best as an edge defender, although tight end remains a realistic possibility for some programs. Philadelphia prospects sometimes take longer to gain recruiting traction, and I believe Bass fits that trend. He has the upside to earn significant attention once coaches circle back through the region. Maintaining this ranking will require recruiting momentum, but I believe it eventually arrives.

is a talented wide receiver who has limited film from last year. He has the skills to be a good player down the road. He has excellent size, standing 6’1 inches tall, and has a chance to grow even more. He is a good athlete that moves well and shows good speed. Bass should be able to get on the field next season for Roman Catholic.
