Sebastian Waddell Sebastian Waddell 6'6" | 300 lbs | OL Roman Catholic | 2027 State PA brings an impressive combination of size, length, and strength to the offensive line for the Class of 2027. Standing 6’6”, he has the type of frame college coaches covet for anchoring the trenches at the next level. Waddell uses his long arms effectively to control defenders at the point of attack and keep pass rushers from getting into his chest. In the run game, he shows the ability to drive defenders off the line of scrimmage and create running lanes for ball carriers. His footwork allows him to stay balanced while engaging defensive linemen in both zone and power schemes. Waddell also demonstrates good awareness, identifying stunts and blitzes while maintaining solid protection. As he continues to develop his technique and strength, his ceiling as an offensive lineman is extremely high. With his size and natural tools, Waddell is a prospect who could develop into a dominant presence in the trenches.

I’ve already covered Sebastian Waddell Sebastian Waddell 6'6" | 300 lbs | OL Roman Catholic | 2027 State PA in a previous article but he’s making another appearance. Waddell hold an SEC offer and needs more. He is featured on here for an abundance of reasons, the violence, the flexibility setting vertically in pass protection, the mauler side of him in the run game, I could go on. Waddell is your prototypical offensive tackle, he doesn’t get beat by length and he seems to never come close to losing a game time rep. He has a strong base to halt power moves to an immediate stop and quick feet and a long reach to also shut down any EDGE rusher bending the corner.

I cheated a little bit here, Sebastian Waddell Sebastian Waddell 6'6" | 300 lbs | OL Roman Catholic | 2027 State PA does hold an SEC offer from The University of South Carolina, but i’m still left wondering why more haven’t followed. The size is picture perfect, and he will only continue to grow into his gigantic frame. The tape screams SEC offensive tackle, the hands are violent and precise always inside of the breastplate. An uncommon touch for High school offensive lineman is knowing how to snatch trap, let alone a rising junior. He flashes this almost every single pass protection snap. While I can go on talking about what a treat it is to watch his pass protection tape his run blocking tape follows a similar pattern. You watch him violently displace defenders, he knows what’s going on at all times, and has the clear athletic ability to be a force on wide zone runs. Sebastian like I said already holds an offer and a high level one at that, but more schools need to get in the know of Waddell, before they miss out.
