A very smart center who was one of the leaders of a strong Iona Prep offensive line that worked well together. Pauletti has very strong lower body strength accompanied by underrated athleticism. He can get to the next level and make blocks, Pauletti did his job very well and was a big reason this Iona offense moved the ball so well in the second half of the season.

One of the captains for Iona Prep and a leader for a great offensive line. Last year he proved that he was one of the top interior offensive lineman in the entire league. He had great hands and technique. He followed up his junior campaign with a big summer. Pauletti was a mauler at the downstate classic, and he continuously proves that he can thrive against elite defensive lineman

During his reps at the downstate classic, Pauletti had some of the toughest matchups but the big man answered the bell. The Iona Prep product showed amazing lower body strength in his reps. He did a good job maintaining his balance and had good footwork to keep up with his guy and then utilized his strength to have an efficient rep. During the stunts, he did his job and looked good in space.

Dan Pauletti Dan Pauletti 6'2" | 275 lbs | OL Iona Prep | 2024 State NY is smaller for a guard prospect at 6’2, 280lbs but what he lacks in size he makes up for with an elite blocking motor and very solid fundamentals. Pauletti wins at the point of attack because he does the simple things so well. Pauletti is a walking definition of low man wins where he consistently dominates initial engagements by winning with a strong low base, and very quick chopping feet. Pauletti also moves really well for a guard and can be utilized both as a pulling guard and lead blocker through the hole or as a player who moves from double teams to the second level. Overall, Pauletti projects well at the next level due to some really solid fundamentals, his position at the next level could be dependent on how much bigger or stronger he gets by graduation.

Dan Pauletti Dan Pauletti 6'2" | 275 lbs | OL Iona Prep | 2024 State NY is one of the most exciting blockers to watch in this class, Pauletti plays with incredible physicality and does a great job of using his strong base and motor to fight through blocks and generate really solid push. Pauletti is really good at creating leverage on defenders after his initial engagement and does a really good job of using that leverage to open up holes in the run game. Pauletti, has really underrated strength overall and can really hold ground in pass protection against bigger NYCHSFL defensive lineman. Pauletti was a a big factor on a really good Iona Prep offensive line and ground game all season.
