Iorgoveanu out of Iona Prep was a really solid WR target and could have produced more if Iona Prep did not have such a balanced offense with playmakers at every position. Iorgoveanu can make plays after the catch and has a wide catch radius with really strong hands. He is able to catch away from his body and in traffic. Iorgoveanu is as consistent of a pass catcher as they come.

The recently named capitan for Iona Prep will play a big role in this explosive offense. Last year Iorgoveanu was a great slot receiver and made difficult plays over the middle. He has good hands and this year he will be more relied on and will become a reception machine. He plays with a lot of toughness and he’s a good candidate for a ton of catches through contact this upcoming season. Iorgoveanu will make a ton of plays, especially after Iona graduated their top receiving options from a year ago.

Dylan Iorgoveanu Dylan Iorgoveanu 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Iona Prep | 2024 State NY s a really smooth athlete that has lined up both as a tight end and wide receiver for Iona Prep. Iorgoveanu is a solid route runner and does a good job of being a sure handed receiver. With a couple of graduations in Iona Prep’s receiving corps Iorgoveanu should have a bigger role this season where his numbers could match his ability. Iorgoveanu does a good job at creating seperation at the short and intermediate levels of the field and has a really good understanding and finding open space against zone coverage. Iorgoveanu is one of those receivers is still finding that elite trait where he can dominate but right now is extremely well-rounded and does now display any major weaknesses. One of the best overall receivers in New York that could have a strong season with a bigger role.

Dylan Iorgoveanu Dylan Iorgoveanu 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Iona Prep | 2024 State NY has great size for the position at 6’1, 185lbs and is a very smooth athlete. Iorgoveanu does a great job of working from the slot or on the outside and runs really good routes at all three levels. Iorgoveanu is really good at making tougher catches near the sideline or in the endzone and has some of the best hands in this class. Iorgoveanu Also does a good job of running a diverse route tree from different positions, after the catch Iorgoveanu also does a really good job of getting upfield fast. Iorgoveanu is also one of the better blocking wide receivers in New York and does a really good job of controlling LBs and bigger players in screens or running plays. Iorgoveanu should have some more opportunities this season with the graduating of a couple of other Iona Prep receivers and can put his strong performances in a limited role on a much larger scale.
