has an undersized build for the WR position. The Iona Prep pass catcher falls on the leaner side and can look to gain good weight to improve his frame.
Iona Prep is the most talented team and has the most depth at every position in the state. Despite this, the 2027 pass catcher managed to show out in limited reps. He excels as a YAC player who is elusive and can turn small catches in to 20+ yard gains. He has solid speed but outstanding acceleration making him a threat in RPO/Screen plays.
Cassidy is a potential breakout star hiding on the states most talented roster. I believe 2025 will be the year the state sees what the undersized Gael can do.

Physical receiver that has an ability to redirect his body with good control, especially on curls and comeback routes. Simultaneously, there is a quick niche ability after the catch to pick up YAC. Additionally, he is not afraid to use a stiff arm in open space on a defender. Utilization of bubble and quick screens to get Cassidy in open space was a large part of his game. Good speed and acceleration after his release.
