Burch is my top lineman in the State in 2029, and he attends Iona Prep. The 6’0″ 280-Pound Prospect, projects as a Guard in my book, and displays a developing frame, he can grow into as he progresses through High School.
Burch can play on both sides of the ball, but I like him mainly on offense for the Gaels. In the run game he is a force to be reckoned with, using strength, and physicality to move opposing defenders out of the way and create gaps across the line. I like his use of strength and hand placement while pushing defenders, as it set him above most lineman.
Burch should look to continue to improve with his technique, footwork, balance, and control as he progresses through High School, but I have no doubt the Iona Prep Lineman has a bright future ahead. of him.

is a brute OG with upfront force that is difficult to move in all of the areas of attack. His game is built on pure power and physicality, which consistently is show up on film. Conversely, Burch’s 280-pound size paid dividends moving linemen forward in the run game. The in-line and reach blocks to create lanes were an evident portion of his game, helping establish the interior presence of the offense. Continued development of athleticism, footwork, and balance will be key functions in the future.
