Dowdy was behind a couple of very good seniors in 2022, but this season he was the top target and he thrived. Dowdy led the league with a ridiculous 69 receptions. He added 946 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns to his name. He was the top playmaker on an Iona Prep offense that found its rhythm late in the season and made a AAA title game appearance. At 6’4, Veikai’s athleticism is some of the best we’ve seen in the entire state of New York. He can elevate and make contested catches, while also blazing past defenders all over the field. He was a big reason why Moore Catholic advanced to the AA-1 title game for a third straight year.
I was excited to see Lisbon’s senior year and he lived up to the hype. At 6’4 he was a matchup nightmare for defensive backs. He torched elite defenders week in and week out. He made defenders look silly and was one of the best jump ball receivers in the state. He had a special performance in the AA-1 title game with two touchdowns, 1 interception and a number of key receptions. He became bigger and faster, and he will certainly make a big impact at the next level rn

An easy selection as the AA-1 lineman of the year was nothing short of dominant all year long. At the tackle position he was owning his matchups and paving holes for the run game with ease. There were very few players that impacted the trenches quite like he did. He played both sides of the ball and collected 59 tackles, 7 TFL’s on defense. Meredith-Smith will be playing his college football at Bowling Green.

One of the strongest players in Chaminade’s program history displayed that strength a ton during the season. The center was able to be elusive enough to make blocks wherever he was needed, and then he would overpower the opposition consistently. The Chaminade offense wasn’t at its strongest, but Rinaldi was a bright spot and pancaked some of the best defenders in New York.
A very smart center who was one of the leaders of a strong Iona Prep offensive line that worked well together. Pauletti has very strong lower body strength accompanied by underrated athleticism. He can get to the next level and make blocks, Pauletti did his job very well and was a big reason this Iona offense moved the ball so well in the second half of the season.

The 2025 lineman is the lone junior offensive lineman to make the first team and it’s for good reason. Williams is an FBS level prospect, as his size and power is extremely impressive. He didn’t allow a single sack this season and was one of the most reliable tackles in the entire catholic league. I’d also have to say he is of the most athletic lineman in this league, as he simply thrived against division one bound defensive lineman all season long.

Especially in the second half of the season, the Cardinal Hayes offensive line put it together and was paving holes with ease against great defensive lines. Jenkins led the way and was an elite run blocker. He had very impressive outings against Archbishop Stepinac, and Jenkins was one of the reasons why Kenneth Antoine Kenneth Antoine 5’10” | 200 lbs | RB Cardinal Hayes | 2024 State NY was able to run wild at the end of the year.
