All across the Charlotte Metro Area & beyond in Week 3, there were big-time offensive performances, and we're going to highlight them here with a bit of commentary tacked on as well for select players. Please make sure you are sharing your performances with me via Twitter/X @pepman704, especially if you are in the Charlotte Metro Area, to be considered for inclusion! We will have this series all year long on Prep Redzone North Carolina, and we will recognize everyone – including linemen! Stats and film will help a TON when being evaluated for inclusion! All right, let's get started.

Nick Woolf Jr. - South Rowan - 20 Carries, 210 Rushing Yards, and 2 Touchdowns in victory over Trinity - The Raiders are off to a 3-0 start to the season, and Nick has had consecutive 200+ yard rushing games to help South Rowan to an impressive beginning. As they enter conference play, we will see if they can keep this winning streak alive.

[player_tooltip player_id='915835' first='Jared' last='Street'] - Independence - 271 Passing Yards, 70 Rushing Yards in victory over Charlotte Christian - The Patriots needed every yard that Street delivered on to pick up a good nonconference win to move to 2-1 on the season. Another good game is coming up this Friday against Lake Norman.

[player_tooltip player_id='1106930' first='Jamal' last='Rule'] - Charlotte Christian - 293 Rushing Yards and 2 Touchdowns in action vs. Independence - The Nebraska commit went out and put on an absolute show despite his team losing a tough one 35-34. Expect Rule's dominance to continue throughout the season, especially once the Knights get into conference play here soon.

Khylieb Rodriguez - Ardrey Kell - 7 Catches For 145 Yards and 2 Touchdowns in victory over Marvin Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1621577' first='Carter' last='Callicutt'] - South Stanly - 141 Rushing Yards, 3 Touchdowns, and 31 Receiving Yards in victory over Anson

[player_tooltip player_id='1676793' first='Riley' last='Hicks'] - Ashbrook - Two Receiving Touchdowns in victory over Northwest Cabarrus - Ashbrook was able to win once again over NW Cabarrus in a rematch from a Round 1 playoff game last season, this time on the road. The Green Wave went to the air as the Trojans focused on slowing their running game, and Hicks's speed and playmaking ability won out over the top. Expect this to be a common occurrence as the season goes along.

[player_tooltip player_id='1169882' first='Zach' last='Cullen'] - Sun Valley - 130 Rushing Yards, 2 Touchdowns, 65 Rec Yards, Tackle For Loss, Fum Rec in win over Parkwood

[player_tooltip player_id='1301262' first='Josh' last='Falzarano Jr'] - Myers Park - 153 Rushing Yards, 2 Touchdowns in victory over Providence - The Mustangs' 3-0 start has been one of the impressive storylines in Charlotte and across the state so far. Josh's impressive ability to see holes carved out by his big offensive line has provided excellent balance for their offensive attack. Myers Park will get another test against Mallard Creek this Friday Night in a big Charlotte area game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1608319' first='Max' last='Davis'] - Burns - 4 Carries 121 Yards 2 Touchdowns & 6 Tackles in victory over East Gaston - Anytime you are averaging 30 yards per carry, it's a pretty good game, lol. That's what Max did in some limited duty in a blowout victory over East Gaston. Burns got their first win of the season, and they will face a good opponent in Lincolnton this Friday night, where Max should get some more time on the field.

Zahir Smith - Olympic - 192 Rushing Yards, TD, 55 Passing Yards, TD, in victory over West Mecklenburg - Zahir continues to do yeoman's work in playing a wildcat quarterback role due to the injury of Olympic QB [player_tooltip player_id='1228977' first='Chance' last='Cato']. Zahir had another busy night showing his speed and vision with the football in his hands in the Trojans' first victory of the season over West Meck, 20-0, in the Air Traffic Classic.

[player_tooltip player_id='1678618' first='Kylan' last='Polk'] - Forest Hills - 32 Carries 379 Rushing Yards - 4 Touchdowns in win over CSD. School Record! - This was probably one of the more impressive performances I've seen on film in years. Down 10-0 to a good Community School of Davidson team, Kylan put Forest Hills on his back, showing the electric speed and playmaking ability we know he has in leading his Yellow Jackets back to victory and remaining undefeated on the season.

Jayden White - Hough - Two Receiving Touchdowns in victory over Highland Springs (VA) - [player_tooltip player_id='945238' first='Tyran' last='Evans'], a Miami commit, gets a lot of defensive attention in the Huskies' passing attack, but Jayden is showing that he deserves some focus as well. On these two touchdowns, Jayden shows his speed and playmaking ability in the open field. Jayden isn't afraid to go over the middle to make tough catches, and his rise has made Hough even more difficult to defend overall.

Kaleb Poole - Piedmont - 107 Receiving Yards, TD, 71 Rushing Yards, TD, in victory over East Rowan - The Panthers now have won two games in a row to move to 2-1 on the season, and Kaleb's performance played a huge role. Kaleb is a hybrid running back/receiver who showed some blazing speed in the open field for his two touchdowns, and he's a guy I plan on keeping my eye on moving forward.

Jalen Fletcher-Mclean - East Lincoln - 9 Carries 108 Rushing Yards 2 Touchdowns in victory over Newton-Conover - East Lincoln has been one of the big stories in the 5A Classification in the state of North Carolina, putting up big offensive numbers in all three games so far this season. Jalen is providing the balance, running the ball, while [player_tooltip player_id='1671861' first='Grant' last='Lawless'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1607779' first='Jaxon' last='Dollar'] have been some of the big stars in the passing game. Jalen is a big body who can run with some speed in the open field, providing the full package of a 3-down running back.

[player_tooltip player_id='1658606' first='Xavier' last='Howard'] - Broughton - 152 Rushing Yards & 5 Touchdowns in victory over Sanderson

[player_tooltip player_id='1734507' first='Jarryn' last='Payne'] - Washington - 207 Receiving Yards and 4 Touchdowns vs. Northside - At 6'4 and 170 pounds, Jarryn repeatedly won deep balls with both his speed and ability to high-point the football on the outside in this game. When you see dominant receivers with this height/speed combo, it always makes me excited - he's a senior who had a good year last season, but it looks like he may be on his way to a great one this year. Jarryn has offers from Bryant University and Chowan College currently.

Andrew Cummings - Mooresville - 7 Extra Points, 9 Touchbacks, 39 Yard FG in victory over AL Brown

[player_tooltip player_id='1892963' first='Londyn' last='McElroy'] - JM Robinson - 110 Receiving Yards & 2 Touchdowns in victory over AC Reynolds - After a loss to Myers Park (that doesn't look bad now) to start the season, the Bulldogs have dominated their last two opponents, and Londyn has been one of the reasons why. JM Robinson needed some receivers to step up this season, and Londyn looks to be one of the guys who will be a primary target for talented QB [player_tooltip player_id='1607782' first='Aury' last='Greenfield'].

Landon Pope - Pisgah - 224 Rushing Yards and 4 Touchdowns in victory over Enka

Kyngston Denson - North Buncombe - 13 Carries 260 Yards, 4 Touchdowns in victory over Madison - Out west, where we don't get to enough in all honesty, Kyngston really looks like a dynamic game breaker. In watching his highlights, Kyngston is explosive into the open field and simply doesn't get caught from behind. At 5'8 and 185 pounds, he is a Class of 2027 prospect who should jump onto some radars here soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1084981' first='Karvin' last='Magwood'] - New Bern - 25 Carries, 252 Yards, 4 Touchdowns in victory over West Craven

[player_tooltip player_id='338729' first='Khalil' last='Price'] - Mallard Creek - 5 Catches 158 Yards, 2 Touchdowns vs. Grayson (GA) - Mallard Creek didn't have a lot of bright spots after losing 63-13 to Grayson (GA), ranked as high as #5 in the country in some national polls. However, [player_tooltip player_id='338729' first='Khalil' last='Price'] showed he deserves to be on that level with two impressive touchdowns where he beat coverage 1 on 1 on the outside with speed and some nicely delivered throws. Khalil is committed to Campbell, and that's starting to look more and more like a steal as the Mavericks' new offense has been very friendly for him so far.

[player_tooltip player_id='630404' first='Mason' last='Emery'] - Ambassador Christian - 101 Rushing Yards, TD, 104 Receiving Yards, TD vs. Asheville School

[player_tooltip player_id='1600181' first='Jamarae' last='Lamb'] - Wallace Rose-Hill - 278 Rushing Yards & 3 Touchdowns in victory over Clinton

[player_tooltip player_id='1687747' first='Braydon' last='Walden'] - Lincoln Charter - 337 Passing Yards, 4 TDs, 111 Rushing Yards, TD vs. Union Academy

[player_tooltip player_id='1678619' first='Dominik' last='Danzy'] - West Stanly - 108 Passing Yards 2 TDs & 162 Rushing Yards 2 TDs in victory over Albemarle

[player_tooltip player_id='1334109' first='Aamir' last='Gilcreast'] - Mountain Island - 14 Carries 228 Yards 4 Touchdowns in victory over West Caldwell

Travis Hill - Independence 156 Rushing Yards & 2 Touchdowns in victory over Charlotte Christian

[player_tooltip player_id='1308876' first='Troy' last='Logan'] - Charlotte Latin - 4 Touchdown Passes in victory over Southlake Christian

[player_tooltip player_id='612118' first='Brody' last='Norman'] - Mooresville - 13-13 273 Passing Yards 5 Touchdowns in victory over AL Brown

[player_tooltip player_id='1304463' first='Jared' last='Curtis'] - Ardrey Kell - 319 Passing Yards and 2 Touchdowns in victory over Marvin Ridge

[player_tooltip player_id='1671904' first='Hunter' last='Tedder'] - Southlake Christian - No Sacks Allowed and 6 Pancakes in 2 Quarters vs. Charlotte Latin
