Everyone's chasing an offer, and the fact of the matter is that most D2s and D3s have yet to dive into the Class of 2026. Though, that's coming up very, very soon. Once camp season ramps up in late April - early May, dozens upon dozens of D2, D3, and NAIA offers will be sent out. That said, we still have plenty of unoffered GEMS in Michigan.

Here's my current Top 10 list of Unoffered Offensive Prospects in the class of 2026. Although nothing is guaranteed, I fully expect each and every one of these players to earn several offers in a few months.

1. [player_tooltip player_id='1225665' first='Pavel' last='McCutcheon']

Marquette - Offensive Tackle - 6'7", 285

That's right- Pavel is my #1 Unoffered prospect in the Class of 2026, and my only unoffered prospect who I have a D1 grade on. Fundamentally, I admit he's still pretty raw. Footwork especially really needs a lot of improvement. Though I've seen Tackles just as raw plus much less mobility receive Division 1 offers.

Now, let's focus on the good. First, Pavel is a 3-sport athlete (football, basketball, wrestling*). Second, he's 6'7" 285. Absolutely elite size profile. Third, he's both agile and physical- two things I rarely see in D1 tackle prospects, let alone an unoffered prospect. SO many tackles have the size but struggle mightily with agility. Fourth, Pavel has performed well at a couple of camps I've been to. Knows the basics of pass blocking, keeps his hands up, and is again very competitive and physical. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, I've seen Pavel be a good teammate to others on the sideline. Seems like his team likes and respects him, which is not always the case with players I scout.

As long as Pavel demonstrates an ability to be coachable, I expect him to be an extremely sought-after Division 2 prospect.

Brother Rice - Receiver / Kick Returner - 5'9", 160

Jacob has flown way under the radar in the Catholic League. This season, Jacob made a ton of plays both as a slot receiver and kick/punt returner. At our recent Prep Redzone Camp, he posted excellent testing numbers - a 4.69 40, 4.46 shuttle, 4.8 L-Drill, and a record-breaking 118inch broad jump. I will say he needs to improve on his route running- he's far too raw in that category. Great change of direction routes (whip, slant, double moves, etc) would tremendously improve his offensive game. Returning kicks, Jacob showcases solid vision, but again, I'd like to see a little better change of direction in some instances. Still, SUPER high-upside prospect and someone who in my opinion deserves to be on a GLIAC squad.

Swan Valley - Receiver - 6'0", 160

Third up is a receiver who I've seen absolutely dominate a couple of camps. Last summer's Gateway to North camp was his true breakout event for me. There, I was immensely impressed by his hands, physicality, and overall catch radius. He needs to work on his release and earning early separation, but as it stands right now, he's one of the better "deep threat" WRs in this class. Jamison simply has a ton of intangibles that are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to coach. D2 prospect, without a doubt.

Goodrich - Running Back / Linebacker - 5'11", 180

One of the best compliments I can give a player is "sparkplug." These players bring an immense amount of positive energy to the team and do a lot when it comes to leadership and team morale. Jakoby is exactly that- a sparkplug for his team.

I became sold on Jakoby when I watched him at the D4 State Championship. He brought the energy, made a ton of plays, and played with an incredible amount of passion. Against a good Niles defense, Jakoby totaled 76 yards on 12 carries and 1 touchdown. Defensively, he totaled another 4 tackles, 1 sack, 2 TFLs, and 1 forced fumble. On both sides of the ball, I've always been impressed with Jakoby's play speed and athleticism. On offense, I'm impressed by his contact balance and physicality. Jakoby is consistently able to lower his shoulder break tackles- a very promising trait.

I don't have testing numbers for Jakoby, but I'd say he's at a D2 level in most categories. Plus, definitely one of the best unoffered prospects in Michigan.

I've talked about Ryland quite enough over these past few months- so I'll keep this one brief. Ryland is a true dual-threat who is very talented in both rushing and passing the football. He's got the most accurate arm I've ever seen from a Veer quarterback, and very good contact balance + strength on the ground. A GLIAC team HAS to give Ryland a chance at QB.

Although he's "undersized" for an offensive lineman, Eli has the skill to be a good player at the Division 2 level. His accolades alone are impressive- 2024 All-State, 2x Captain, 2x All-Conference. Simply put, Eli is an uber-physical guard who also has the agility and decent enough footwork to be a great GLIAC player. I honestly need to watch Eli again at a camp to get a more confident evaluation, but right now, he's my #6 best unoffered player in the entire class.

Duda has phenomenal upside. Doesn't have great route variety on tape, but plenty of physicality. He's also extremely competitive and feeds off of big plays- celebrated with teammates and dapped me up after a big play late in a game. Also has displayed a wide catch radius. Good footwork on comebacks, outs, but again, has not displayed much in-game.
Great size, good route running, good catch radius, and looks to have good speed from tape.

Another player I've spoken about a lot. Simply put- extremely good route runner, great change of direction, and ever-improving hands. A breakout weapon for what was a breakout East Kentwood team. I fully expect Ahman to earn several offers from West Michigan schools this summer!

Comer is a guy you offer based on upside and coachability. Over the years, I've mostly viewed Comer as a Tight End prospect, but it was just recently I saw he's switched his primary position to Tackle.

I actually got to watch Tristan compete at Tackle a few days ago at Legacy. I admit, he looked a little raw. Footwork can be vastly improved, and he doesn't quite have the punch I'd like to see from a D2 prospect. Though, he's incredibly athletic for a tackle and has a ton of experience and prowess playing Basketball- something I love to see from any offensive lineman. On top of that, Tristan looks physical on tape. Doesn't pull punches or mess around- he can get in the trenches and hit somebody. As long as Tristian is coachable, I fully expect him to be either a D3 or D2 prospect. SO many teams need offensive linemen, so I wouldn't be shocked if a GLIAC took a chance on him.

So, yeah. Daniel did incredibly well at a Davenport camp last summer, and that performance has been in my mind since. Good testing numbers, can run routes out of the backfield, built well, etc. I look forward to seeing Daniel at future camps, and I look even forward to hopefully seeing offers roll his way!
