Everybody and their mama posts an All-State team after the high school football season concludes, but what about the underclassmen? With high school football generally dominated by upperclassmen and especially seniors, how do we know which young bucks produced, competed, and excelled on the gridiron against larger, more experienced opponents? How do we know what the future of the high school football scene will look like? Well, PrepRedzoneMN has the answer, and it goes by the Underclassmen All-State Team. Highlighting the best of the best freshmen and sophomores to suit up and ball out on Minnesota gridirons last fall, this list is built off varsity experience, on-field production, and the impact the prospect had on their team. A lot of these kids don't have film so I have to give a shoutout to MNFootballHub for the stats, which I poured over for hours trying to make sure I didn't miss a single underclassman from International Falls to Albert Lea and everywhere in between. Hudl and Twitter were also helpful as always, and if there are any underclassmen you think deserve to be on this All-State Team that I missed, please don't hesitate to reach out at: oliver@prepredzone.com. Up first, offense! Let's get to it.
