Thought of him as a top 150-player, yet prior lack of recruitment forced my hand, he dropped considerably. Late to the party is Toledo, who offered the senior pass-catcher out of Washington on the first of the month. Don't see FBS programs offer seniors this late into the season too often. He's deserved of this, however. Loved his junior tape. </figcaption></figure>
