Chester’s two-way star has trekked an unprecedented climb up our ranks from the moment Coach Shaw put him on our radar. From WL to top 200, to top 50, now seeing his first placement inside the top 25. Now ranked as the top tight-end prospect in the state,

also doubles as a top 5 EDGE rusher if ranked at DL. A complete skillset, despite those who doubt the competition level Chester matches up against on Fridays and Saturdays. The best athlete on this list, boasting a versatile skill set that allows him to serve as a big target, or take the top off a defense if split out. He’s a Power Five target who should see an influx in offers after the first three weeks of the season.

Our No.2 tight end, Toy could be pushing Delaware Valley’s Aiden Black Aiden Black 6'3" | 225 lbs | TE Delaware Valley | 2024 State PA for the No.1 TE spot in our next update. They’re very close in our opinion. Black is the more polished pass catcher at this point but Toy’s size and physical abilities are hard to deny as well. Very excited to see what he could do this upcoming season. He already had a massive rise in our last rankings jumping 150+ spots, he very well could break the top-25 in our next rankings too.

earlier this year, he came to our camp and showed out. Toy proceeded to show out at college camps and have a dominant two-way season this past Fall. All of it amounting to offers out of Boston College, Rutgers, and Temple. Again, much like

would rank inside the top 50 at both TE and DE. Toy has the highest upside of any prospect on this list. I could see a future where he ranks as a top-25 prospect. His 150+ ranking jump is just the beginning. Toy will have another season of production alongside star underclassmen Jalen Harris, the two showed a promising connection through the air on top of Toy’s dominant showing off the edge.

on the field, as opposed to the stands, gives you a great feel for just how physically imposing he is. His frame stands out even further when you watch him run routes, or rush the passer off the snap of the ball. This is a real FBS athlete.

and immediately had to have him at our camp. His size and athleticism combination leaves him as the highest-ranked prospect on the field. It’s deserved too, Toy proved that this past Saturday. He and Jalen Harris were in sync, with Toy seemingly running free for the entirety of the game. This is going to be a fun connection to watch as the season progresses. The thought of having to deal with Harris’ multi-faceted game at quarterback, along with Toy’s explosiveness at TE/WR, should provide some sleepless nights for opposing defensive coordinators. Can’t forget about Toy’s prowess at defensive end. That’s an area future D1 schools could want him at, so reps there could prove valuable for his future development.
