Continue ReadingYou know it was a stacked camp when a prospect of Olsen’s caliber didn’t make the top-five group. Honors at the end of the camp are hardly why we hold these events. A couple dropped passes elsewhere and Olsen would have easily propped himself into that conversation. A quick look at Olsen’s ranking and you’ll get the gist of how special I think this young man is. He did nothing to make me second-guess that notion. After watching the Armstrong pass-catcher work in this setting, I had to continuously remind myself just how young and green he is. He looks and acts like a senior, despite still being considered an underclassmen. He handles himself with professionalism. Olsen adapts to coaching and learns on the fly. This is the type of young man you want on your sideline. It’s always a pleasure to watch him work.

I was already a fan of Angel Roberts Angel Roberts 6’1″ | 180 lbs | WR Milton Hershey | 2024 State PA , dating back to this time last year when I first got my eyes on him. This was a different Angel Roberts Angel Roberts 6’1″ | 180 lbs | WR Milton Hershey | 2024 State PA . Roberts seemed much more confident in his game. He had an edge and a chip on his shoulder that he took out on any DB lined up opposite of him. I have to talk about his physique as well. This young man has clearly put on good weight year over end. I, as well as other coaches present, noticed different cuts in his frame. None of us question Roberts’s work ethic. A 4.49 40, 9’1 broad, this was all Lock Haven needed to see to pull the trigger on the top 25 wideout. Roberts has earned a boost in ranking. All this and Roberts was left out of the top five, much like Ian Olsen Ian Olsen 6’0″ | 190 lbs | WR IMG Academy | 2025 FL .

Damon Young Damon Young 6’3″ | 180 lbs | WR Executive Education ACS | 2024 State PA can now be listed as a true 6’4. Knowing that before watching him work only boosts his stock through the roof. A true 6’4, registering a 4.50 flat. A true 6’4, jumping a 9’6 broad. A true 6’4 wideout that can stride by defensive backs after an outside release at the LOS. I saw route variety in his game, you can have Damon Young Damon Young 6’3″ | 180 lbs | WR Executive Education ACS | 2024 State PA stretch the field and let him track the ball and serve as a deep threat. Watching him work, I’d have no problem having him active in the short game, that being hitches, screens at the LOS, and comebacks. Sure hands, extends away from his body. Easily a top performer despite not having his name called. Big-time ranking boost in order.
My third time this offseason getting a chance to see the SCH pass-catcher perform up close. Again, blown away by his route-running ability. Three wideouts secured top-five honors early, Julian McFadden was not one of them initially, yet his work during 1v1s solidified his placement. Love how McFadden transitions out of his cuts after his release. The young man doesn’t lose a step after cutting laterally, despite good positioning by DBs. McFadden finds a way to separate. McFadden has the complete route tree under his belt. There isn’t a route he’s uncomfortable running. Despite our already high ranking, I’ve got a feeling this young man should be higher. Congrats on his top-five placement, as well as his phenomenal combine numbers.

On a day where ridiculous 40 numbers were being posted, a prospect running a 4.56 can actually be overlooked. That was the case for Milton Hershey’s Mohamed Koroma Mohamed Koroma 5’11” | 165 lbs | WR Milton Hershey | 2024 State PA . I’m going to dive a bit deeper into Koroma’s game when we get to the Milton Hershey-specific article. For now, I have to mention how well Koroma fit in with the big-time talent in this group. He didn’t shy away from competition, he listened to coaching and got better as the camp progressed. There is hype building around the MH program, we only expect Roberts and Koroma to lead the offense moving forward. Like Koroma’s blend of strength and speed. The kid isn’t a one-trick pony.
In retrospect, I’m very happy Joshua Cain came out and participated in this camp. I’ve been following the Germantown freshman for some time, yet reps and tape are obviously hard to come by. So getting an extensive look at his game finally opened my eyes to the type of prospect we are dealing with. He’s got special potential, especially after taking a look at his combine numbers. 5’11, posting a 9’6 broad jump twice, along with a 4.67 40, all as a freshman without much tape. I feel much better about Cain’s potential at Germantown Academy. Here’s to hoping he finds the field sooner rather than later. Excited to finally rank him in the future.

Here’s a Maryland prospect who was in real consideration for post-camp top-five honors. I actually learned a ton about Mizzer after the camp ended, as most of my work is done in Pennsylvania. I am impressed at the fact that this young man is only a freshman. Watching him work all camp, there’s no way you would have convinced me of his age. Thorough route runner who possessed an attention to detail. Confidence of a senior, seasoned hands. The young man has a bright future in front of him regardless. I’ll do what I can to keep an eye on him moving forward.

Another exciting freshman whose previous evaluation I feel much more comfortable about. Robert Torres Johnson Robert Torres Johnson 5’7″ | 145 lbs | ATH Imani Christian Academy | 2026 State PA caught the attention of multiple coaches in the building. The young man is small in stature but much like Mizzer, you wouldn’t have thought he was a freshman out there. Bethlehem Catholic might have their latest weapon. RTJ has a ways to go to earn that spot in the program, yet I like his chances. I want to see RTJ improve on his combine numbers, however. I have a feeling he can do much better.

6’3 wideout from Central York HS, 190 pounds, running a 4.72 and jumping a 9’7 broad. I’m under the impression that Nasir Ruppert Nasir Ruppert 6’3″ | 190 lbs | ATH Central York | 2025 State PA wasn’t pleased with his overall performance. I was, and so were the coaches I talked to. He didn’t come away with post-camp honors, yet again, that’s not the point of this camp. Coaches, including myself, wanted to watch him work live. I still love the way he tracked the football downfield, I love how he was hardly affected by physicality. Long limbs, long stride too, one that had him almost running a sub 4.7. I feel good about his current ranking among his 2025 classmates.
The top-ranked prospect at the entire camp. Elias Coke Elias Coke 6’2″ | 195 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2026 State PA would have had to play himself out of the top five coming into the camp, that’s how much of a given this kid was to place as a top-five wideout. He was the camp’s MVP for some time until Dallastown’s Mikey Scott took that honor from him. Again, this is a prospect I’m telling SEC schools about. He could care less about MVPs. The kid has his eyes set higher and I’m happy to help get him in front of the right people if possible.
6’2, 202 pounds (official). Registered a 4.53 40 at his build, 9’5 broad to show off the explosion in his legs. A true X, Elias Coke Elias Coke 6’2″ | 195 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2026 State PA is building a complete game by blending power and speed. Blazing feet and balance at the LOS will surprise DBs and keep them on their toes. If not, Coke can win against physical DBs looking to get into his chest early. Every time I see the kid his shoulders are getting broader, stride becoming longer. This is a national prospect who recently secured his 17th offer out of Michigan. Watch Elias dominate at DB and WR this Fall for Harrisburg and do so now. The way his body is developing, you might see him at OLB/DE/TE years down the line. Sky is the limit.

I had my list of names I liked early on. One kid, in particular, didn’t let me take my eyes off of him. Incredible catch after incredible catch, special release after special release. This was a case where Bryce Werner Bryce Werner 6’1″ | 175 lbs | WR Archbishop Ryan | 2025 State PA would not be denied the attention and love his performance deserved. It got to the point where coaches, as well as myself, had to acknowledge the sophomore out of LaSalle College. We had a special group of DBs present, yet the kid no one knew made sure we knew his name afterward. I can say that Bryce Werner Bryce Werner 6’1″ | 175 lbs | WR Archbishop Ryan | 2025 State PA is squarely on my radar moving forward. I’ll be seeing him before the offseason ends. Incredible body control, with a radius to catch inaccurate balls under the knees or above the elbows.

Much of the rankings above are justified, maybe some tweaks here and there. This one on Tanie Young Tanie Young 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA has to change ASAP. I have a hard time believing there are 21 wideouts better than Trinity’s Tanie Young Tanie Young 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Trinity | 2025 State PA . One of the more pleasant surprises of the camp, Tanie was practically laughing at competition trying to keep up with his blazing speed and acceleration. That second point, acceleration. I’ve been around this game for some time now, sometimes real speed hits you differently up close and personal. This was the case watching Young work in the open field. Incredible leverage usage, Young was toying with kids left and right, easily cementing his spot as a top-five wideout of the group. Sub-7-second L-drill, incredible lateral agility. Sub 4.6 speed that translates on nines, posts, and digs. Quickly becoming one of my favorite prospects.
The overall MVP of the camp. No one prospect dominated each and every rep the way Michael Scott Michael Scott 5’9″ | 155 lbs | WR Dallastown | 2025 State PA did. I told those beforehand that he would do exactly that. I’m an advocator of this young man on and off the field, so I’m familiar with the complete skillset he brings to the table. I’m happy the coaches in attendance got a taste of it too. Incredible release off the LOS that no DB at the camp could keep up with. Scott has speed to burn coupled with incredible tracking ability. All of this makes for one of the toughest matchups any DB has had to go up against in our camp’s history. It’s a shame we didn’t have a vert-mat present to measure this kid’s vertical. Witnessing Scott’s ability to leap for the ball while running a streak is impressive in its own right. His pure athleticism more than makes up for his stature.
Elite combine numbers. 5’8, 152 pounds, 4.35 40, 4.34 Shuttle, 10’0 broad, sub-7.0 L Drill. Jaw-dropping numbers.

We finish up the piece with two completely new names that will earn future ranking spots.
The first being Columbia’s Dominic Diaz-Ellis Dominic Diaz-Ellis 6’0″ | 170 lbs | WR Bishop McDevitt | 2025 State PA . DDE got on my radar shortly after hearing about some of his testing numbers. 4.35 40, tying for the second-best time ever recorded in our camp’s history. Add on a 9’1 broad, 4.47 shuttle, and a 7.20 L Drill. His reps were sought out after posting numbers like this. The sophomore didn’t disappoint. Electric in the open field despite pushing 6’0 in height. His raw speed was utilized well. His straight-line speed was enough to beat yards of cushion when attacking press coverage vertically. Great hand fighter who couples hand-eye coordination and tracking skills well. This young man came out of nowhere. Very excited to tell coaches about him moving forward. Diaz-Ellis earned top-five WR honors in what was an obviously loaded class.
Wydeeksdf cs Collier Wydeeksdf cs Collier 6’4″ | ATH Roman Catholic | 2026 PA is another intriguing prospect who caught my eye based on his size alone. Collier could have wowed us a bit more, yet I still came away impressed with how well he located the football downfield. 6’4, narrowly missed psoting a 10’0 broad. I know Roman Catholic underclassmen are in prime position to develop, especially considering the coaches in the building. I will keep my eye on how he develops under the Roman umbrella moving forward. The tools are certainly there.
