Nasir Ruppert Nasir Ruppert 6'3" | 190 lbs | ATH Central York | 2025 State PA is a good athlete in the 2025 class. He has great size (6’3 inches tall) and uses his size well. He is someone who I expect to have a big year for Central York this year on both sides of the ball. Below is what I wrote about him earlier this year:
“ Nasir Ruppert Nasir Ruppert 6'3" | 190 lbs | ATH Central York | 2025 State PA is a big physical athlete who played as a wide receiver and as a safety last year. As a wide receiver, he ran good routes and caught the ball well. He shows the ability to get in and out of breaks and find the soft opening in the zone. He then goes and catches the ball well. He is a good after-the-catch when he makes defenders miss. As a defensive back, Ruppert did an excellent job in providing run support. He is a good tackler in the open field. Ruppert is a good prospect that has a ton of potential”

I could almost duplicate what I said about Werner here about Central York’s Nasir Ruppert Nasir Ruppert 6'3" | 190 lbs | ATH Central York | 2025 State PA . We had 15+ wideouts stand out last camp, Nasir was one of them. Reason for Ruppert’s placement above the rest should be obvious. He carries the highest upside of any wideout listed above, more so than Markus Williams Markus Williams 6'3" | 190 lbs | ATH Imani Christian Academy | 2025 State PA , in my opinion. Outstanding build with hands and stride to match. I’m unsure about the passing game situation at Central York, so we’ll see how many balls get thrown his way. Nonetheless, this is a kid who I’ll be glowing to speak about to coaches locally.

Great size at 6-foot-3 and ran a 4.72 twice which will easily be improved upon as he continues to develop. While he doesn’t have blazing speed it shouldn’t be of a concern for Ruppert. Uses his size well and has strong hands. Showed why he’s a top-150 player in the class of 2025 and could be soon ranked even higher.

6’3 wideout from Central York HS, 190 pounds, running a 4.72 and jumping a 9’7 broad. I’m under the impression that Nasir Ruppert Nasir Ruppert 6'3" | 190 lbs | ATH Central York | 2025 State PA wasn’t pleased with his overall performance. I was, and so were the coaches I talked to. He didn’t come away with post-camp honors, yet again, that’s not the point of this camp. Coaches, including myself, wanted to watch him work live. I still love the way he tracked the football downfield, I love how he was hardly affected by physicality. Long limbs, long stride too, one that had him almost running a sub 4.7. I feel good about his current ranking among his 2025 classmates.
