is one of the best prospects in the state of Pennsylvania. He is a legit cornerback with great coverage skills. He just locks down defenders when matched up one-on-one. He is also good at zone coverage as well. Suchanic recruiting has heated up this spring and he recently committed to Uconn to play College Football. Suchanic has the skills to play at the next level. I am excited to see how he does during his Senior Year.

Fast forward four months, Suchanic is suddenly one of the so-called no-brainer offer candidates despite no new tape releasing. Very happy to see Suchanic’s rise in the recruiting world, let’s take a dive into all of his current suitors…

The lone Power Four offer comes out of the BIG12, with Iowa State putting its name in the Suchanic hat. The likes of UConn, Buffalo, Delaware, and Akron have all enlisted in Suchanic’s talent, all landing spots that I think best suit Suchanic, UConn, and Buffalo specifically. Excited to see where the elite corner prospect lands!

Recruiting Update: Saxton recruitment has picked up in the last few months. He currently has over 20 offers. Most Ivy League schools and several other colleges like Uconn, and Towson have offered him scholarships. This past week he just picked up an offer from Iowa State. Saxton is well on his way to having several good choices to play college football at.
Recruiting Question: Will Penn State offer him a scholarship? Suchanic has been to Penn State several times, but he has not gotten an offer yet. Will he get that offer from them? Only time will tell.

has flirted with spots 3-10 over the past three updates, with a top-five placing serving as his highest achievement on our site. 0 touchdowns allowed through 10 games this past Fall for Central York. 8 PBUs, plenty of clean/bored outings where he’s barely targetted if at all. A three-sport athlete with superb grades, limbs like he was made in a lab, I don’t see what could harness his ability to grab the attention of important decision-makers at the next level. The sole reason Suchanic dropped on our lists is to reflect current recruiting trends. I still like this young man as a potential top-five DB in the state. Big praise from myself, I’ll continue to be in his corner moving forward.

is the rare cornerback with great size. He stands 6’3″ inches tall and shows good athleticism for the position. Suchanic has been a difference maker all year on defense for Central York. He will have to have a big week to help slow down Central Dauphins offense.

for some time, this kind of size at DB is worth a peek or two. We had the luxury of doing so at our Spring camp, where Suchanic’s long limbs stood out amongst a small DB group. Suchanic put forth a solid sophomore tape that has us ready to cash in on his potential, doing so by ranking him as the fourth-best DB in his class. Press corner with bump and run capabilities. Sinks at the top of routes like he’s the one on offense. Such smooth feet, especially when transitioning into back pedal or when breaking toward the football. Hardly panics on tape, a trustworthy DB who will only gain more trust with more reps under his belt. Has ball skills and some interceptions on tape, yet that’s far from what I like about this young man. No ball skills or playmaking ability is necessary when you can lockdown wideouts like Suchanic can. Only a matter of time before this kid sees interest in the form of offers.
