is a talented defensive lineman in the 2025 class. I saw him work out at our Prep Redzone Showcase and I was blown away by how talented a prospect he is. It is rare to see a defensive lineman prospect with his speed, athleticism, and strength. He has all the tools to play at the next level. Since the showcase, he has picked up several offers and recently committed to Monmouth. Monmouth is getting a talented prospect.

posted his junior tape with 16 sacks inside of said film, it’s likely he immediately landed on collegiate boards across the Northeast. Ramnath has spent all offseason making sure important people can see him perform and check off any boxes they might have had unchecked after watching his junior tape. Good on Ramnath for doing so. All-State honors, ranked inside the PRZ Top 100, went to Holy Cross back in March for a junior day visit. Received his first scholarship opportunity out of Monmouth University, who would end up being present at our camp a month after Ramnath received this call. Attended a Syracuse Spring game recently, Ramanth would eventually end up attending the PRZ PA camp, along with the York Mega Practice, making sure over 100+ coaches saw him work over a one-week span. Saint Francis would pull the trigger on Ramnath on May 15th, after seeing him work at our camp, as well as the York Mega Camp. Kudos to Ramnath who hasn’t let up on the gas pedal all off-season. His motor on the field has translated off the field, will likely see more FCS programs reach out before the season begins.

and won his fair share of reps, I’d argue he won the majority of them. Ideal build that drew the attention of all coaches present, 6’3, 220+ pounds. Ran a phenomenal 40 time, a time I’m willing to share with college coaches looking for athleticism off the edge. Didn’t take home a Division 1 offer like I figured beforehand, yet the young man certainly pushed himself up on the boards of every program present, FCS and PSAC. Very happy he came through.

Already being ranked a top-75 player in the class of 2025, we already believe Ramnath is a game changing talent. That being said, we now want to see the Central York prospect make a push for top-50 status. We know he has the size and the athleticism but now he will have the opportunity to show off his skillset against what should be a good group of offensive lineman on Saturday. We’ll be interested on getting updated measurables on Ramnath and will be intrigued to see what his testing numbers look like as with strong testing numbers, his stock not just on our site but on the boards of programs across the region, and perhaps beyond.

falls on the athletic side of the EDGE/DE/OLB spectrum. I recently covered some 6’3, 220+ pound DL prospects, none of which have juice off the edge like this kid. PA defensive linemen, especially 2025s, tend to lean toward the power side of pass-rush styles. Ramanth, who recorded 16 sacks as a junior, is a flash off the edge, I know how coveted speed is in the eyes of coaches at the next level. You can argue it’s easier to teach tech/grow muscle in the right areas on an athlete than it is to teach athleticism to a big and powerful player. I could only imagine what a good 15 pounds could do to this young man once he reaches the next level. As for his game on tape, love how mixy he likes to get with his hands. I see swims, I see early hand swatting, I see dips off the edge that show some bend to his game. I see flexible ankles that can handle and maintain the burst/speed he flashes off the snap. Can align with his hand off the dirt, in a two-point stance, traditional LOS OLB-type alignment. Next, you can see him work with his hand in the dirt, rushing as a traditional EDGE guy. A real player is emerging, maybe I was late to the party. A name I’m throwing to FCS coaches who are looking for athleticism in the front-seven. Narrowly missed ranking inside the top ten at his position. Fun player.
