His ability to read the run play and then attack upfield was impressive. He has excellent instincts and fundamentals. Morgan is also a good athlete who is explosive. His ability to fly around and make plays is amazing. Morgan has excellent size (6’1″) and skills to play as a linebacker/defensive back at the next level.

I love the way he flies around and makes plays all over the field. On Friday night, in a tough non-conference game against Manheim Township, Morgan made the play of the day when he intercepted a pass and returned it 90 yards for the touchdown. Morgan’s ability as a defensive back is impressive. He is a game-changer and deserves a helmet sticker.

He is equally as good when he is close to the line of scrimmage as he is when he plays as a deep safety. At both positions, he is an excellent run stopper. He reads the play well and makes good tackles in the open field. His ability to take proper angles is impressive because he rarely misses any tackles. Then, as a pass defender, he does a good job of breaking on the ball and creating separation. Morgan is a talented defensive back in the 2026 class.

He is equally as good as a strong safety and as a free safety. As a strong safety, he does a good job playing close to the line of scrimmage and making plays in the run game and pass game. At free safety, he is a ball hawk. He does a good job making plays on deep balls. Then at both positions, he is a great tackler, especially in the open field. Morgan is a good athlete that has a ton of potential.
