Updated measurables still hold true at 6’0, 275 pounds. Kadin is currently ranked as an interior offensive lineman and, from what I can tell, carries a 3.3 GPA. He also has yet to allow a sack for Central York this season.

I have him in the same range as the previously mentioned Lehi as a potential Division I player, if not a priority gem for Division II programs throughout Pennsylvania.

Some might fault his height and weight combination. However, as long as he can prove he is a legitimate 6’0, and potentially grow another inch to 6’1, I think he could become a suitable guard at the lower FCS level. His production certainly supports that possibility, especially considering the number of pancakes he has recorded in his midseason tape alone.

That tape runs about three minutes and immediately showcases his ability as a backside puller. Fantastic run game paver. He is an easy body for ball carriers to follow because of how quickly he gets through the hole and how much urgency he brings to every assignment.

What I like most is that he finishes plays through the whistle. He does this better than many of the 2028 interior offensive linemen I have evaluated.

A punisher. A wrecking ball. The type of blindside blocker that linebackers attempting to plug gaps absolutely hate seeing coming their way.

Central York likes to pull both of its guards, and with Kadin arriving as that second wave of mass, the results are a ton of pancakes and a ton of shock delivered to front seven and box defenders. He brings serious force to the point of contact and has no problem driving through his assignment.

His third rep features a little chip and release action as Central York sets up a screen. You get to see Kadin initiate contact, release and locate his next assignment while moving in space.

That is a big indicator for me when evaluating offensive line proficiency. Can you locate your assignment at the second level while maintaining your technique, base and discipline? Can you make that transition without losing control of your body?

I think Kadin can do all of that.

His tape is chock full of punishing reps. He is a nasty guard with a legitimate mean streak who takes pride in moving defenders against their will.

Exactly how you want them.

Noor wasted no time making his presence felt as a freshman. Listed at 6’0”, 200 pounds, he played offensive tackle and middle linebacker while posting a 94% blocking grade with multiple pancake blocks. His physicality, motor, and early production stand out. With natural strength development, Noor projects as a high-upside lineman in the 2028 class. He shows strong leverage at the point of attack and competes through the whistle on both sides of the ball. His versatility and toughness make him a valuable asset to his team’s overall success. As his technique and football IQ continue to grow, Noor has the tools to become a dominant presence in the trenches.
