One of our better wide receivers in the camp ranking wise, Olsen could’ve easily find himself on the first or second team any other camp. This was by far our best camp in PRZPA history at the position. Olsen is someone we’re very high on thanks to his nice sized frame, his athleticism and strong hands. Productive wide receiver for Armstrong who should be one of the better wide receivers this year in Pennsylvania.

You know it was a stacked camp when a prospect of Olsen’s caliber didn’t make the top-five group. Honors at the end of the camp are hardly why we hold these events. A couple dropped passes elsewhere and Olsen would have easily propped himself into that conversation. A quick look at Olsen’s ranking and you’ll get the gist of how special I think this young man is. He did nothing to make me second-guess that notion. After watching the Armstrong pass-catcher work in this setting, I had to continuously remind myself just how young and green he is. He looks and acts like a senior, despite still being considered an underclassmen. He handles himself with professionalism. Olsen adapts to coaching and learns on the fly. This is the type of young man you want on your sideline. It’s always a pleasure to watch him work.

. Olsen might be a bit closer to 6’0 than 6’1, yet he is still capable of challenging DBs all over the field. The tape starts off showing Olsen’s ability to track the ball on vertical shots. Next, you can find Olsen catching pop passes at the LOS and taking them to the house from more than 50+ yards out. You can get the sense that Olsen might have free reign to run the majority of the route tree. If he doesn’t I expect his reach to broaden in time. His numbers are so impressive that it’s easy to forget about his reps at DB too. Knowledgable and disciplined at corner. Doesn’t seem to take many chances, yet when he does they pay off. Reps on the defensive side of the football will only help him become a better wideout down the line.
