The highest ranking prospect on this list, a top-100 prospect at that. I don’t expect

to drop much after this coming update, largely because my opinions on him haven’t changed. Yes, recruitment hasn’t necessarily lined up as we’d thought, yet this is hardly a time to panic. The FCS grade we put on Brown’s shoulders still holds true. The interest is still prevalent, even at the G5 level. So I won’t knee-jerk and plummet this kid down our ranks, he is still a top 15 wideout to me at this current point in time.

saw Spring game and Junior Day invites out of Temple, Lafayette, UPenn, and Western Michigan University thus far this year. Brown, one of my favorite pass-catchers in this class, should hear back from FCS programs sooner rather than later. He’s the type of prospect that is going to have to test well in front of coaching staffs. His build intrigues, yet his thick frame might entice college coaches to see his potential elsewhere, understandably so. He’s going to need to run very well to stay at WR. Combine testing will be an indicator of his future. Nonetheless, I’d have a hard time imagining FCS schools not favoring his potential over others in the state.

HAWK’S OPINION:
Isaiah displays athletic versatility and a physical brand of football on the field. His speed on fades, combined with his ability to catch passes at the highest point, make him a significant deep threat. He displays agility by quickly coming out of hitches and rocket screen breaks. On defense, Brown sets his edge well at OLB and defeats blockers with aggression in pursuit. I like him the most for college, as an OLB or WLB selfishly. Isaiah displays a lot of athleticism and playmaking ability at WR. He has good hip movement when zone-dropping into coverage, which was evident on one of his INTs in his film. He showed his college-level speed and physicality off the edge blitzing and blocking field goals. He has the necessary gifts to contribute to a D1 program’s special teams unit. Brown has good speed, size, and strength at 6’2 210 pounds. He has been generating interest from both FBS and FCS programs during his recruitment. I believe Brown is capable of playing mid-major FBS level football and obviously FCS as well.

might have seen a small dip in both positional and overall rank, yet that is primarily due to the influx of offensive linemen added into the top 50.

is still a name for FBS programs to watch. I expect him to be a dominant FCS WR/OLB, yet I’d label his ceiling high above that. Coastal Carolina and Kent State love prospects that fit this mold, they might even like him at LB over WR. His connection with

was beautiful to watch, the production week in and week out was inevitable. Watch for this big-bodied wideout to continue on his FBS path, even with Olsen moving on to the next level.

. The 500 yards of offense and 10 touchdowns are great, we are well aware of how special Brown is at wideout. What’s impressed me thus far is what he’s provided Armstrong with on the defensive side of the field. If he keeps this level of production up, we might have to consider changing his position to “ATH”. The 11.5 TFLs, the 35 tackles, all of this defensive production should do wonders for his stock amongst his suitors at the next level.

Isaiah has D1 capabilities & leadership qualities. The junior athlete plays a very strong and physical brand of football. Brown isn’t afraid to mix it up as he defeats blockers effortlessly in pursuit. Defense is where I like him the most for college play. Isaiah displays a high level of athletic ability when he’s playing WR. He displayed the skillset that’s necessary to be a contributor on a D1 special teams unit. The 24′ prospect has good speed, size & strength at 6’2 200 pounds for OLB. Brown has been getting FBS & FCS looks on the recruiting trail.
