Had the chance to see the Top200 recruit against York Week 0. He was arguably the best player on the field that night.
Santana Young Santana Young 5'10" Trinity | 2025 PA , now out of Central Dauphin East, has helped his team reach a 4-0 start on the year (unsure about Week 5 result), all while dominating DBs he matches up against. Nearly 600 yards racked up through the air in just four weeks, this coming through 26 receptions, five of which have gone for scores. A play-maker in the open-field, a wideout who can win against press or off coverage. Young is a wideout who is proving he can run almost every route in the route tree, check his tape if you don’t believe me. Young is proving he can separate, proving he can catch the football away from his body. Young is checking off many wideout boxes, the senior has tape to back it up now. Some colleges might have concern over measurables, I’ve witnessed Young win against 6’1 corners attempting to jam him at the line. I’ve witnessed Young not sway off his path to the football despite being covered at the hip. Give this kid a chance.

. Through 3 weeks he has been putting on a show and has been one of the most consistent and best-performing wide receivers. In Central Dauphin East’s 28-27 win over Cedar Cliff Young made several plays to help them get the victory. Young has helped Central Dauphin East improve to 3-0 on the year. Young should continue to lead Central Dauphin East.

Happy to see Santana Young Santana Young 5'10" Trinity | 2025 PA looking like a number-one wideout in this offense. Young has showcased the ability before, the senior two-way prospect has blown up camps and 7v7 events alike. Young had the opportunity to show off the same prowess against York on Saturday night, doing so in front of a ton of media, myself included. I’ve advocated and vouched for Young behind the scenes, seeing him repeatedly win against his matchup at the LOS has me wondering what his ceiling is in terms of ranking. If Young can replicate his Week 0 performance against corners inside the Commonwealth, I’ll be inclined to throw Young’s name to FCS schools that might have WR spots available. Great way to start the season. Six receptions, for 170 yards and a score. Young could have eclipsed this number easily, a 250-yard night was to be had, I’m expecting him to hit that mark at some point during the season. Stock is up.

Santana Young Santana Young 5'10" Trinity | 2025 PA is a dynamic wide receiver and athlete in the 2025 class. I saw him play at our Prep Redzone Showcase in January and he was the best wide receiver at the showcase. Young has since transferred from Trinity to Central Dauphin East where he would be another weapon for the Central Dauphin East offense. Below is what I wrote about him earlier this year:

is someone I was looking forward to watching the Showcase because his film was so good from last year. Young is a human highlight film who makes plays a lot every time he touches the ball. Young earned MVP honors at the camp for the wide receiver position as he was dominant throughout the entire showcase. Young ran a 4.68 40 time, which is a solid number. Young caught everything thrown his way. He especially showed good ability in one-on-one drills where he stepped up his game even more. I came away very impressed with him as a player and a name to watch going forward”.

Dominant performance. Accelerated and tracked the football with ease. Best wideout present, we’ll see if we can get him back into the top 75 in the future.

put his name on the map last year at the Prep Redzone Showcase with a strong showing. He had a really strong Junior Year for Trinity. Young is an elite athlete who can score every time he touches the ball. He had one carry as a wildcat quarterback where he went to one side of the ball, saw no opening, and cut to the other side of the field for a big play. He had another play he took a slant and took it to the end zone. He is an elite athlete playing receiver. It will be fun to see him compete with the other wide receivers at the Prep Redzone Showcase.
