What a career for the Arrowhead IOL. He played early in his career, piling up experience, growing, learning and developing. It all came together this season in the form of a D1 championship game victory. Mitchel has developed his way into a dominant force. He does well moving in those tight spaces on the interior, but his best comes out when he engages. That initial punch is powerful and his big hands are able to clamp onto guys and control them as he drives that big lower body downfield. Mitchel does really well winning the hand positioning battle too and showed that he could reset or get the DL hands down and keep reworking until he wins that battle. Once he wins the 295 lbs athlete is going to run you off the line in the run game. It has been a fun ride watching Mitchel develop and play over the years. Pumped to see him at the next level.

The next southern WI standout comes from Arrowhead. A team that is loaded up with talent, and right near the top of that list is IOL Mitchel Bilicki Mitchel Bilicki 6'5" | 295 lbs | OL Arrowhead | 2026 State WI . The junior has seen things start to pick up in his recruitment recently, including three offers in the past week. We have been a fan of the strides that Mitchel has made year over year when it comes to how fluid and agile he is on the interior. His recent clips in the offseason have me thinking Bilicki has made another leap in that area. Mitchel is able to powerfully and quickly change direction or set his anchor or adjust his positioning while engaged in a block so effectively. On top of that short area movement, Mitchel is also developing into an effective blocker on the move, pulling across the formation. With his size, strong hands, and mobility in short areas and beyond his gap, Mitchel is set to go into the summer and garner even more attention.

It is a great time watching the massive lineman instantly overwhelm DLs and LBs, quickly tossing them to the ground with his powerful upper body. It seems like every snap he is putting a kid on the ground. His anchor in pass protection and size/reach make him a nightmare to try and get around. In the run game that overwhelming power is on full display as he forces flow in the trenches and drives the line of scrimmage downfield. There is so much talent to continue to tap into and develop at the next level with this kid. Big things ahead of him.

Mitchel was only able to play five games due to injury in 2023, so that might be why he is apart of this list. Coaches will want to see he is recovered and back to his ways of dominating this fall before extending an offer.

I’m confident that coaches are going to be very happy with what they see when that tape does start to come out. Mitchell has continued to grow and is now up to 6’5″. It is also clear that his frame is starting to really clean up and add on good muscle while staying around that 290 lbs mark. The stud ’26 OL is also looking very light on his feet in clips we have seen of him this summer.

I believe he is going to take a big step this fall. The dominant OL is going to be the top talent on the Arrowhead OL this fall. Look for those agile, nimble feet to get him into positions to consistently overpower opponents while also opening up easy to find running lanes for his talented RB teammates. This is going to be a huge season for Mitchel. Get eyes on him as soon as you can.

Mitchel is back healthy and better than ever and ready for a summer of impressing college coaches with his talents. The massive guard is just shy of 6’5″ and tips the scales at 290 lbs. Mitchel fits the mold of a high level guard on tape. He has a powerful base and heavy hands to quickly shut down any sort of bull rush in pass protection. We see him play with great balance and trust in his feet to keep him in front of his man without reaching or putting himself in bad positions. Also, when uncovered he shows good awareness as he looks for blitzes or to give help to his line mates. In the run game the 2026 has sufficient range that allows him the ability to get to LBs. Mitchel Las does a great job using quick feet to get himself between the defender and the running lane and then getting leverage on his opponent. I’m excited to potentially see him take off this summer.
