Sioux Falls has crushed their recruitment of the state of WI. One big win is Arrowhead DL

, and the 6’3″ 270 lbs showed off his abilities while helping secure a D1 Championship. Tristen is blessed with natural gifts. He has a long frame that easily carries his 270 lbs and could easily handle more at the next level. That length was maximized because Tristen understands leverage and hand use. The big man was able to win with power and that leverage, getting into the backfield or holding the line and finding the ball. The senior was able to quickly shed multiple times and get to the ball. Tristen was able to disrupt a lot of plays even outside of the stat line above. It was a great cap to a really good HS career.

Tristen is our DL4 in the state of Wisconsin surely looked like it from the live eval I got from him at the SDSU prospect camp a few Mondays ago. The 6’2 270 pounder from Kettle Mortaine has some eye-catching pro agility numbers from SDSU and a ran 4.75 for his best his time which is absurd for his size in my eyes. He was very twitchy with his get off in the reps I watched in Brookings and it didn’t take long to see that Tristen has a solid football IQ that I feel can even grow even more in the coming years. He also has the driving strength that caught my attention at a few camps already this summer and mixing that with his plethora of moves he has to get off his blocks, it’s no wonder why his summer has started to boil up with plenty of offers.

out of Kettle Moraine. He checked with great numbers at 6’2″ 270 lbs with a great 6’6.5″ wingspan. Have size is one thing, but having that elite length on top of it makes these athletes even more dangerous. The big man also ran an impressive 4.91 40 and a 7.84 L-Drill. That matches the tape and the 1 on 1 session. He is a big, yet athletic pass rusher. Tristen is able to dip his shoulder, change direction on his pass rush path, and counter off pass rush moves. He plays with very active hands while using that length to his advantage. On top of it Seidl was able to bull rush and collapse the pocket with power. No doubt that Tristen is one of the top DL in the Class of 2026 here in WI.

I was pumped to see the 6’4″ 280 lbs DL/OL pumping out highlights on Hudl this season. He is clearly one of the top DL in this Class based off the tape and based off his strong showing at the PRZ WI Winter Showcase this past December. So I was excited to see where he would fall among his peers in this update.
The tape is so fun to watch. Tristen is a force at DT/NG. He has the elite frame and with it comes the power to take on double teams and eat up blocks without giving up much of any ground. In situations where he can go 1 on 1 with his opponent Tristen has the quick first step, heavy hands, and the ability to quickly create power off the burst to drive his man into the backfield to force disruption. Tristen also plays with some quick lateral agility that allows him to last second position himself so he has better leverage to beat his man. I highly recommend this tape.

Outside of our MVP performance, I firmly believe that Tristen had the best day among the loaded DL group. The rising junior has an elite frame at 6’4″ 280 lbs with an elite 6’7″ wingspan and just shy of 10″ hands. The first thing you notice with Tristen is the way he easily carries that size while still maintaining an athletic frame. Tristen’s quick twitch in his hands, feet and hips also jumped out during DL drills. Then when we got to 1 on 1 battles the big man verified the power and violence behind those hands as he was able to win with pass rush moves and with some bull rush attempts. Tristen is a very intriguing prospect in the Class of 2026 with his size and traits.
