A team that is loaded up with talent, and right near the top of that list is IOL Mitchel Bilicki Mitchel Bilicki 6'5" | 295 lbs | OL Arrowhead | 2026 State WI . The junior has seen things start to pick up in his recruitment recently, including three offers in the past week. We have been a fan of the strides that Mitchel has made year over year when it comes to how fluid and agile he is on the interior. His recent clips in the offseason have me thinking Bilicki has made another leap in that area. Mitchel is able to powerfully and quickly change direction or set his anchor or adjust his positioning while engaged in a block so effectively. On top of that short area movement, Mitchel is also developing into an effective blocker on the move, pulling across the formation. With his size, strong hands, and mobility in short areas and beyond his gap, Mitchel is set to go into the summer and garner even more attention.
