is having a nice start to his senior year for the Highlanders and has done so on both sides of the ball this season. He’s giving colleges another look at where he could play at the next level on offense this season at tight end. Bohren certainly has the frame to play that position at the next level after some development, but he has been his usual self at defensive end this season, too. He’s coming off a dominant performance against a young and rebuilding Hurricane squad in week four at DE, where he is still most likely to project at the next level.

to have a big year for the Highlanders and further show the potential we saw in him as a sophomore. He possesses the size and ability to further elevate his game beyond what he demonstrated as a junior, and should take a step forward in his senior year. Bohren is still far away from his final form as a player, and is still worthy of FCS looks this fall in our eyes.

is a prospect who we’ve been high on for a while now, and it was good to get to see him in person again since this time last year. His length and athleticism cause issues for opposing offensive linemen, and that was the case at times during 1-on-1s. Bohren will benefit from developing some pass rush moves and using that length and hands more to his advantage. The raw potential and upside are there for Bohren to develop into a high-level defensive end or tackle at the next level with added size and progress in his technique.

has the ideal frame that you’re looking for in a college defensive end prospect at 6’4 230 which earned him a spot on our Perfect 2026 EDGE/DE Build list. He’s been a productive player for the Highlanders since his sophomore season and has continued to develop heading into his senior year. Bohren’s 6’4 length gives him an advantage over offensive tackles and guards with the reach and wingspan to keep them from getting their hands inside. He also bends well for his size and can dip under blockers. Bohren’s length allows him to cover a lot of ground as a run-stopper and enables him to stretch out plays to the outside.

is another rising junior in the program with a high ceiling. We got to see him in person at our PRZ WV Combine back in May where he earned DL Top Performer honors and an impressive-looking young athlete. Bohren ranks inside of our Top 15 as the #2 DL in the class but has the potential to climb even higher with continued progression. He has a high athletic ceiling which paired with his 6’4 length makes him a potential future D1 prospect. You saw flashes of said great potential in his sophomore film and should take a big step forward in his junior year. Bohren is a tenacious player off the end and crashes the edge hard with ill intentions. Once he gets in that 230-240 pound range, Bohren is going to be an animal at defensive end and a nightmare to block at the high school level.
He’s one to keep a close eye on this season and next with clear high-level potential and upside.

We were very glad to see our #1 and #2 ranked defensive linemen in the 2026 class come out and attend the Combine and show why we think so highly of them both. Huntington’s

also earned DL Top Performer honors by the college coaches in attendance and proved the high regard we have for him. Bohren has great length for a sophomore and has tremendous upside as a prospect as he continues filling out his frame. He’s a physical and athletic big man with a very high ceiling that he flashed last season for the Highlanders’ varsity team and at the camp.
Bohren moves well for his size and age and is a great competitor which he shows in any setting that he’s in. He has an exciting future and should develop into a D1-level prospect by the time he’s a senior.

appears to be the next in line. Bohren has great length already at 6’4 210 and as he continues filling out that long frame he’ll take his game to a new level. I love the way he plays the position at a young age showing no signs of being timid or reserved in his tenacity. Bohren fires off the ball quickly with relentless pursuit to get to the ball. He has good short-area quickness and recovery speed while having the ability to redirect his movement mid-play to attack the ball. Bohren’s bull rush is powerful and will push backward offensive linemen who aren’t prepared for his combination of size, speed, and strength. He’s also able to disengage from blockers and fight them off to make the tackle. I’m excited to watch him develop over the next two seasons and have an early D1 grade on him.
