Expert Analysis
Corey Bailey | Prep Redzone Scout
The star edge made his commitment to UNC last week and it’s looking like a huge steal for the Heels. Laudenslager is having an impressive season thus far, his first game this season was a sight to behold. He filled the state sheet with 5 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries and a safety. In the few games after he’s been on fire, he’s added another sack, 15 more tackles, swatted passes and plenty QB pressures. He’s having a first team all-conference season so far keep an eye out for him to have a few more breakout games like week 1.

Kamden is a threat any time he lines up. He beats blockers with his speed, athleticism and hand combat. When he gets to the quarter back you can expect him to try to knock the ball out consistently. I had the opportunity to watch Kamden play in his game against Mount St. Joseph, where he made play after play sometimes even back-to-back. The ceiling for Kamden is high, keep a close eye on him as he continues to become more dominant.

Kamden was a recking crew in the first half before his lower body injury. He showed tremendous speed off the edge and hand combat. On a 3rd down with 10:21 left in the first quarter he recorded a strip sack to add to his handful of hurries and tackles. Laudenslager continues to show why he’s at top prospect in the class of 2025, changing the game from the edge of the defense. After the loss of Laudenslager the Eagles defense was a smaller obstacle for MSJ to overcome.
