Takings the #1 overall spot Jamir has made plays for McDonogh on both sides of the ball this season giving him the ATH label, but he has really impressed me at DB. I saw Jamir live earlier this year in their game vs Haverford (PA) and he big time INT in the end zone right before half, taking points away from the opponent.

On the hoof he passes the eye ball test. Showcases a good feel for the game and excellent instincts. He is quick to diagnose and attack. Will run the alley and throw his body into the tackle. In coverage Jamir displays fluid smooth hips, smooth stride and just looks natural out there for him. Knows how to put himself n position to make the play, shows good eyes and ball skills. That translates on offensive as well which is why he has added to the McDonogh passing game and is a weapon in the slot. Jamir already holds two P4 Offers and I don’t see how that number doesn’t go up this fall if he continues this level of play.

Jamir Greene Jamir Greene 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH McDonogh | 2030 State MD was another freshman that Herbert trusted to get the football to. He finished with 3 catches for 42 yards, including a 20-yard completion that set up first-and-goal at the 10. As the season moves forward, more teams will start to put more attention on Fergusion coverage wise. He and Queen will get more opportunities to make plays.
