Kai is an exciting prospect who has put on good size this offseason without limiting his athletic traits and speed. He has good footwork and does well winning all three levels. With Corner Canyon having its full complement of receivers on hand, defenses won’t be able to shade coverage, so it should be a big game for Kai against the Lone Peak defense.
Kai is an exceptional receiver and is the go-to receiver for the offense. He has a good release, his footwork is excellent, and he creates separation and has good overall speed. He has good lateral movements, and he’ll likely have shaded coverage his way against Fremont.
Meza had a great kickoff to the season with a 97-yard touchdown reception. He has put in the work this offseason, and he’s put on good size and has exceptional footwork and speed. He’ll be the primary target.
Meza began the season with a bang, a 96 yard reception for a touchdown. He flashed great footwork and speed throughout the evening. He routinely got open and put his corner in a spin cycle. He’s primed for a huge upcoming season.
Meza is an exceptional receiver, and he’s added good weight this offseason and looks much stronger and quicker. He has good footwork, runs great routes, and is strong at the catch point. He’ll look to take over as the WR1 in a deep receiving room.
During the 7’s event, Meza made multiple plays and routinely got open. He showcased great athleticism and hand strength when he went up and snagged a ball that was overthrown. Meza shows good footwork, excellent route running skills, and is a great talent, he had a great day.
Meza has excellent footwork with little wasted movement. He is great in and out of his breaks and understands tempo and leverage. In addition, Meza is a sudden and snappy mover and will put his corner in a spin cycle. Meza has plus speed and someone that can take it to the house, but he’s not a finesse player. He is a physical run blocker and somone that enjoys that aspect where a lot of receivers will take those plays off. Excellent motor and high IQ.
